Bojangles - Menu

Legit took 35 minutes for 4 cars in drive thru and they completely messed up our order and their food portions are much smaller. Don't recommend coming here. Terrible service as well, dude that was on the intercom sounded like he had his panties in a wad.

Drive-thru wasn't moving, so I placed curbside order and waited 15 minutes. Finally gave up and went inside. Watched 9 people roaming around the kitchen aimlessly, not really serving anything quickly. Girl working the counter tried to get my order but got it wrong twice. Finally left with food 30 minutes after arrival.

Unfortunately, I must have visited at a bad time. The restaurant wasn't busy since it was 11:30. I felt it was important to mention that the biscuit I received was crumbled and quite disappointing. The round potatoes were greasy and cold as well. This is definitely not what I expected from one of my favorite breakfast spots, Bojangles. We went for breakfast, ordering biscuits and gravy, coffee, blueberry biscuits and a soft drink. A woman, who appeared to be the manager was working register, prep, and bagging our order. There were 5 or 6 employees on the clock and it wasn't busy. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was dirty. There were three dustpans and two brooms in a dining room corner. Outside the door were hundreds of cigarette butts. There was trash in the landscaping. What a mess!

The absolute worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Every last person working here was rude as hell. They gave us half of our order and then were rude when we asked for the rest of our order. Also we were given the wrong sauce. And again they're wererude when we asked for the correct sauce. When we went inside to get the correct sauce no one was paying attention and seemedannoyed that we were interrupting their texting. This place should be closed and the staff should all be fired. Also, apparentlycleaning was too much to ask for as the parking lot was filthy.

I was never in a bojangles because I didn't live in the south. I ordered a chicken sandwich and lived the taste. I was disappointed, however, that it was sharp. I thought I had ordered the non-spiric version. I would have rated this place a 4 or 5 stars, based solely on food flavor, but the girl that took my order on the car was simply completely uninterested and quite rude. I guess this is for the curs at most fast food sites, but there are fast food sites that require their employees to provide good service. So, I expected all of them to be and keep them all to this bar when they rated them.

I had never visited a Bojangles before, as I don't live in the Southern region. I decided to try their chicken sandwich and found it quite enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find that it was spicy, as I had thought I ordered the non-spicy version. Based solely on the food's taste, I would have rated this place 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately, the girl who took my order at the drive-thru seemed uninterested and a bit rude. While this attitude is common in many fast food restaurants, there are some that prioritize good customer service. I believe all fast food establishments should strive for that standard and be held accountable when it comes to ratings.

At the 520 college road location in Wilmington nc today around noon the young man talking through the mic on the drive through was very rude to me. I asked for a number 13 which says it includes two thighs and one drum stick and also include two sides..when he asked me if I wanted two thighs I got confused because it said it included it so I questioned about that he seemed to be frustrated in his voice then he asked me if I wanted one or two sides and again I was confused because the sign said it included two sides..I wasn't being rude I just was making sure I read it right because the sign said two sides.
