"This place is a joke every time I visit. Jackie, who handles orders and payments at the front, clearly doesn't understand what customer service means. I placed an order over the phone, and when I arrived at the restaurant, she informed me that she had given my order to someone else. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she proceeded to answer other calls and take orders from other customers, completely ignoring me. There was no communication about how this situation would be fixed. In fact, she even hid behind a wall to continue taking calls instead of assisting me or finding a solution. Eventually, one of the cooks came to help, but she wasn’t aware of the situation because Jackie hadn't informed anyone. She offered to remake my order, which I accepted, but honestly, I wish I had just asked for a refund instead. The food was cold and seemed very rushed. This location really needs improvement, especially someone who can properly keep track of orders, as Jackie clearly cannot."
