"I just dined here last night and I can’t say anything nice about my experience. The servers had to be told to take our order after letting us sit without even bread for over an hour. My cocktail came in a chipped glass. The service was incredibly slow and the food came out as if it had been sitting on a counter for hours. My COLD spinach lasagna was gross. I’ve had better at places that charge half the price. Lean Cuisine’s version had more flavor now that I think about it. Several other diners had to send their food back because it was inedible. The caesar salad was wilted lettuce and soggy croutons. And that was just the dinner! The real fun came when it was time for our party to pay for their food. After waiting forever, the manager tried to give us a check for $1,000+ (it was a large group) on a hand-written bill and no itemization. He refused to show a printed check or give them individual checks (even though the menu had been presented on a per person basis). When diners attempted to remind him that their food had been sent back, he started insulting guests (which, not like this should matter, but were comprised of lawyers, educators and other professionals) with racist comments suggesting that somehow his restaurant was a step above the group’s dining experiences. When one guest complained about their GROSS lobster ravioli, he said "You’ve probably never even had lobster, what would you know. When another guest reminded him that her food was cold and she sent it back, he said “this isn’t IHOP lady, you eat your food – no sending it back.” Although the staff was nice enough and kept apologizing for their manager’s behavior, this restaurant was inexcusably bad and should not be supported."

"I had dinner last night (Feb.18 2017) at M. MME and we were 3 x couples for dinner. I was the one that suggested this place to my friends and was really excited to try it. To my surprise we were ALL very disappointed with the food and service, which was a shame because the place is beautiful with a nice ambiance. The service was slow and no one ever asked us if everything was to our liking even with leaving several plates uneaten. I order the lamb and it was raw, my husband and another friend ordered the Angus steak it too was under cooked and cold by the time we got it. My other friend had the endive salad as a starter and got nausea from the white sauce that came with it and after waiting for a while for the main dish to come she had asked one of the servers to cancel her main dish for him to only come 20 minutes later to advise her that it was too late to cancel it and when her fish finally came her first bite was just fish skin so she was so turned off by the dish that she couldn't finish it. The appetizers are over priced for there portion size and quality. Also your main dish is not much bigger in size but double the price. We received bread and butter towards the end of our meal. When the server came to pick up our final dishes and saw that there were 4 uneaten dishes you figure he would ask "it wasn't it your liking", but we got nothing from him. The plates were just removed with no consideration for the patrons. We all paid and just left without having dessert, needless to say none of us will be back which is a shame because we did like the ambiance and the wine and we are also big fans of Lemeac and Pullman. Sorry to say but this is the most disappointing food and service experience we have ever had in Montreal."
