"I'll be honest, I'll go to Chili?s for the Queso and Chips/Salsa. Your queso is one of my always favorites and the chips and salsa are amazing! So I'm aware that I went 30 minutes after the opening, but I wasn't impressed yet. But our waitress was amazing! Our queen said it just went through the oven, so it was hot, but it reheated as if it were left before the night? Also our chips were 90% all crumbs, so it was hard to dive them and we never have a chance to ask for more before our food came. I'll say I loved the presentation of the food! I personally ordered the Barbacoa quesadillas and they were all right, a little oily, I felt personally as if it had too much with meat, cheese, grill sauce AND many cubed jalapeños, I gave most of him to my family and they enjoyed it so only I could be! I tried a bite of the margarita chicken, again it was delicious, but the chicken didn't taste fresh, tasted left over the night before likely????????? but taste was good! Also pictured - the Queso Burger and Steak! I didn't try her, so did I win? would definitely come back if she? re busier hope to eat fresher!"

"What a huge disappointment!!! Met up with family for what we hoped was a great meal, nope. For so few people the service was slow and everyones meal came out at different times. To even call it food was an insult the yaki soba was nasty they put some kind of cinnamon on it very heavy, I’ve never had at any place taste like that, it was returned. The teriyaki shrimp plate, the rice was yuck and mush, the broccoli I think was frozen and reheated. There were other food, service and table issues but needless to say we won’t be back. Spending over $100 I would expect quality tasty food, you won’t get us again!"

"We arrived at 4:55 for supper and I asked the blonde hostess for a booth. She said very rudely there were not any booths open and I said I counted two as we walked in and 4 in surrounding areas. We crammed in a table. Then at 5:00 (5 min) she sat the booths with other customers. I asked what 5 min mattered and she said the shift came in at 5 and I said we could have waited 5 minutes. She was very rude. I think we go back to eating in Beavercreek where the hostesses are not so rude. "Thanksgiving for us was a little different this year. I used to be busy cooking. This year, my husband wanted to leave for the vacation. We really appreciated our waitress Tina. She was so welcoming and positive, although she had to work today. I really enjoyed her conversation and her general attitude. We are also fans of Cracker Barrel. "the service is bad. we have everything you can eat and 4 different people always our orders, but 30 min by no eating. they would bring only a few things and then someone else would ask if we wanted to eat more. I'd tell them we're still waiting for more food. but only for the case would order more items. Of course, half of what we ordered never appeared on the table. I wonder if this is the schnarchy strategy of the chain to save money. that was good. I would recommend this place."

"I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, my boyfriend ordered pizza from here and it arrived with the cheese completely off the pizza. He sent it back and received a new pie promptly, which was great. However, the pizzeria is now accusing him of making the delivery driver uncomfortable. Both his brother and I were present in the room and heard the interactions - he simply apologized for sending the pizza back and thanked her when she returned. I'm not sure what's happening at this place, but it seems like they need a reality check."

"Had an absolutely amazing graduation dinner here! We had originally made our reservation for 5 pm, but they had no issues getting us in early when the ceremony ended earlier than we anticipated. They put us in our own little room since we were a larger party (and definitely got a little rowdy at times). The service was incredible, and the cocktails are some of the best in town! I would gladly sell my immortal soul for a lifetime supply of the seabass with the lobster risotto. Do yourself a favor and order a chocolate martini with the sticky toffee pudding for dessert, it's seriously divine. Overall, a great dining experience the prices are great compared to some off the other fine dining restaurants in town."

The management was extremely flexible with our needs and I think could see how tired, stressed out and hungry we were and let us sit in an area already closed, with only 1/2 hour left till the kitchen closed completely. "Dear Gyu-kaku, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to Gyu-kaku on October 7 at 8:00pm. While I have had positive experiences at your restaurant in the past, this particular visit left me extremely dissatisfied. Upon entering the restaurant, I was seated at a table that was clearly inadequate for my party's needs. We had made a reservation for 10 people, but the table provided could only accommodate 8. This immediately set the tone for our experience. To make matters worse, a waitress (not my main waitress) rushed us through the meal. She told us to put food to our places so she can have spaces to put more trays of meat. However, this is BBQ and the food just arrived within 5 mins. The meat hasn't even done yet to be edible. I asked her to set the trays at another table and we can grab them when we're done with our current plates. She said she couldn't do that and we must divide the food now so she could have spaces to set more trays. It was very reasonable to rush your customers through the meal. We're paying for our dinings. Gyu-kaku is a place to enjoy high quality Japenese food, and the service should uphold the standards of its high quality, not this rude and unprofessionalism. I value the dining experiences I have had at Gyu-kaku in the past, which is why I am particularly disappointed by this recent visit. I believe that the issues I have outlined above do not align with the high standards I have come to expect from your establishment."

"Pleasantly surprised at the space and indoor dining room. Great service from start to finish. Friendly staff. Made a reservation on open table, texted when I arrived and was notified when my table was ready so I didn’t have to wait indoors. Had the calamari and crab egg rolls to start. Everyone in my party had the crab cakes which were large but lacked a bit of flavor. Would be top notch if they had more old bay. Also market price was $70 which is quite steep. Overall enjoyed my experience but would most likely not get the crab cakes again."

"So we came here because some of my kids ran and shaved about it. I give only 4 stars, based on the fact that there is a casual street house and bar is not a beautiful dress for dinner restaurant. That's not a criticism at all, just a statement. We were very busy, so they sat at a little table in the bar. Our server Daniel was very nice and hard working. They brought their homemade roles that are amazing. I usually don't like honey butter, but her is really good. We also ordered the Tennessee Wraps, which are cream cheese and Jalapeño egg rolls with a sweet chilli sauce. Omg amazing. At this point we regret to order something else than we were full. My wife ordered the Petite Filet, I ordered a pulled pork sandwich. She said the fillet was a perfect medium, rare with a great sailor. The garlic potatoes were addicted. Also the pulled pork sandwich was great. I just wanted to eat half, but... anyway, big gem in Salem for a casual night out. Excellent food great service. I love it!"

"When we arrived, we were seated immediately, so that was nice, but quickly found out why no one was in the dining area. The server took about 7 minutes to come even say hello and get our drinks. When we did order our food, one of my children's came out with the appetizers, no big deal honestly. But the rest of our food was about 30 minutes later. I ordered 2 sushi rolls that looked atrocious when it arrived, and my other child and husband ordered sesame chicken, if you take 30 minutes on sushi and sesame chicken, there is seriously something wrong. And if you do take that long at least make it look presentable. The 2 rolls I ordered should have looked amazing with taking 30 minutes to get it out, I'll attach a photo so you can share my disappointment. With in the 2 rolls I got, one of them was a blue crab roll, which first bite I take had shell in it. Immediately I was turned off of it, so I continued with my spicy tuna roll, if you even wanna call it that."

"We dine here frequently and always have a wonderful experience. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating to her patrons. There was an incident where a woman and her daughter arrived early, just like us. Even though there was only one chef and we had already placed our orders (with seven of us in total), the owner offered them the option to wait for the next hibachi session (which would take about 30 minutes) or to sit at the table next to us, to shield the daughter from some inappropriate language from a nearby group. The kitchen expedited their food preparations so that our chef could handle everything smoothly. Their meals were ready, and you would think everyone would be pleased. Unfortunately, the customer felt overlooked and left in frustration. It all comes down to perspective, I guess. Overall, this place is fantastic, and even with the main chef out recovering from a stroke, the owner did her best to accommodate everyone. Come and see for yourself! You never know what challenges others, including the restaurant staff, might be facing."

"I've visited Mamma Mia several times, and every visit reveals a new favorite dish! Last night was no different—I discovered the CAULIFLOWER PIZZA! We ordered two: one plain and one topped with fresh garlic sausage. I also tried the Mussels Fra Diavolo, which were absolutely delicious! And those garlic knots are to die for!
