"Wow, 4th time 8UP, even better than I remember! Have to shout out our amazing server Annie, she was completely wonderful, super attentive, and really elevated our experience. Everything was delicious, we wanted to try the NY strip too, but it was sold out for the evening.. honestly it did not effect our visit. The potato’s fritters, shrimp and grits, and cheeseburger w/ fries were ALL amazing!! Got the bourbon pineapple upside down for dessert, it killed!! Hope to be back very soon! Thanks."

"The service here was great, the staff was very friendly. They are pretty busy, so make a reservation ahead of time.The menu is seasonal, I heard, so I didn 't post a photo of the menu. We ordered the Pipers Burger, fries, Lobster Lo Mein. The food was delicious, well seasoned, great flavors. I do however, have a couple of comments that I feel is only fair if I share:The Lobster Lo Mein is not all lobster. It 's actually lobster and shrimp. I felt like it should have been called Lobster Shrimp Lo Mein which I 'm sure people would still love, but I don 't want anyone to think they 're getting just lobster.Though the burger was an amazing burger, the bottom bun appeared to have been oozing with grease when I picked up my burger. It felt as if it was coming from the onion jam that was sitting on top of the bottom bun? But not sure.Look, the above comments are in no way to put down the business. I enjoyed my meal and they have some of the best fries here! I just felt like customers should be aware."

"Had a reservation but didn't seem to know we were coming. Took a long time to get service. Server then took forever to appear again. Food and atmosphere was lackluster. Surprising as the rest of the property is beautiful and our other dining experiences on property were great. Caesar salad was lacking flavor. Not impressed at all, but still had a lovely stay on the property."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still seated at a booth that looked into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved but chose not to be. Server was very enthusiastic, but neglected to fill water glasses without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crunchy would have been nice. Not a fan of a la carte, especially at the price for the entree alone. Room was very dark and somewhat noisy. I would ask not to be seated in that area another time."

"We have reserved an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. The food was great, the service was great and the ambience was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. The downside was that my vehicle was broken into and the rest of our evening plans were ruined. Signs said measured with the camera - not necessarily true. The buildings are measured. Of course, Ruth's Chris wasn't really to blame, but waiting an hour to report it as we live a bit outside of SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure."

"Please excuse the long review, but it is deserving of detail. Our friends raved about the newly managed Spotos and couldn’t wait to take us there. We sat at a booth watching the kitchen work their magic. We were introduced to the very welcoming owners Bryce and Jaimie. Being the only vegetarian at the table, Bryce happily mentioned he would set me up with vegetarian plates. I was so excited because I usually just create something out of a few side dishes. Bryce sure set me up- the most thoughtful, delicious and unexpected vegetarian bites! I am so grateful Bryce and Chefs took the time and care to create these dishes for me. Our server, Javin, was so charming and on top of everything. Cocktails were great, but let’s get to the food! I have attached photos of a fried oyster, yellow beet with carmelized balsamic on burrata, a lightly fried califlour situation that was so flavorful- I must experience again(and I typically don’t like fried anything), scallop on top of creamy risotto, a veggie roll with “krab”, a California roll, Mahi on top of risotto, Bronzino, Blackened black grouper and a trio of deserts: bread pudding with vanilla pecan ice cream, chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, and coconut cream cake. All I can say is, “Yes Chef”! Thank you so much to Bryce for his TLC! Thanks to the entire Staff, it was an outstanding evening all around. What a delight! Definitely go to Spotos, you will love it!"

"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"Our waiter, Brad, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor! He provided us with useful insights about the menu, which features fresh seasonal items that change frequently. My husband and I opted for the Italian chicken sandwich with homemade fried potatoes, duck soup, and quiche. The others in our party enjoyed the steak sandwich, hamburger, and sweet potato fries. "I had a precious 45 minutes to grab a meal before my 5 hour flight from Atlanta to San Francisco. My departure was at gate A9 and I knew what I ate would probably be my only meal of the day. I scanned the directory and not seeing much near A9 and not too keen on pizza or something else starchy from the food cort, I headed towards A26 where Cat Cora's Kitchen was found. The dining area was not crowded, normally a negative indicator, but this was Easter Sunday, late afternoon.i took a chance and ended up with one of my favorite airport dining experiences. My server was JaNelle, who got me a water and told me 45 minutes was plenty of time for her to take care of me. I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled avocado, and a grilled shrimp add on. I also asked for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from the bar menu. She said there was a different Vinyard being substituted and she said in her opinion it was not as good, but she would get me a taste so that I could decide. Janelle was right, so I ordered a reisling. The salad exceeded my expectations. The avocado was really grilled, with a small pool of dressing in the middle. Chopped sundried tomatoes, bacon, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and fresh and crisp romaine made the salad, with grilled shrimp to the side. The wine was a generous pour and a perfect match to the salad. I was off to my gate in plenty of time. I truly enjoyed one of the best airport meals that I can remember. Mark concourse A, gate 26 at Cat Cora's Kitchen for your next Atlanta Airport meal. This weary traveller will be back."

"Overall the food was average. The burgers were big but you pay a premium for fries. I would prefer if they just raise the price and make french fries the standard. The item included is potato chips. My mom and daughter had the burgers and said they were pretty good. I had the stuffed prawns which didn't have much flavor. I could tell I ate prawns and crabs but there wasn't much flavor. The serving consisted of four stuffed prawns. However, the prawns were the medium variety I would buy at my local market. They were torn apart with a tablespoon-sized crab ball. I had to pay a premium for cheese on my potato. This dish was $ 29 which I was willing to pay but was disappointed when it came out. Or the meal was $ 95 (including a 15% tip). I would also like to add that we all had water to drink. I think the bill was a little too much when two people in my group had a burger. The best thing was to dine outside right on the water. I drove up from central Virginia to dine and am not sure if I should do it again. Just because."

"We went last night with a party of 9. I’ve eaten here for breakfast a number of times and loved it. They were out of pizza dough, and they were out of vege burgers. That really limited 2 of us who are vegetarian. My mom has Parkinson’s Disease, and she is confused most of the time. She got a totally raw hamburger, and she ate over half of it until one of us saw it was raw. My sisters fish was dry.Our server was outstanding. She was so apologetic, and comped the fish and the burger. She handled the raw burger with the cooks the best she could. I really hope my mom doesn’t get sick, as her body can’t handle it.I will be back for breakfast, but this was a very disappointing and scary experience. I spared you all a post of raw burger."

"After driving 10+ hours, I was exhausted. It made sense to just eat in the resort. I could also get a couple drinks while waiting for our food so it was decided. When I walked in, I sat at the bar. The bartender took her time to help me but when she did, I was able to order a double Basil Hayden neat. I messaged Mink what's on their menu and waited for her reply on what to order. While waiting, she was talking up a storm with the couple sitting next to me. I had to flag her down each time I had a question or wanted to order something. She didn't check on me and even forgot to check on my question on if they offered hot cocoa. I had to remind her which was annoying because the place was not busy. Fortunately her coworker went out of her way to make it for Mink. 5 stars to her coworker and a star bump up for the overall experience. Mink and I decided to share a burger since we were still pretty full from lunch. We ordered their D.W.L. signature Burger medium well with everything on the side and fries extra crispy. The kitchen got the order out in no time and as ordered which impressed us. We thought the burger was ok but it wasn't blow your mind amazing. The fries were quite crispy and we were content with the meal. What I thought was odd was that the bartender gave me my bill when my food came out without asking me if I wanted the check. I also didn't ask for it but since she gave it to me, I decided to go back to the room. Guess I wasn't welcome there. Overall, 2.5 stars. Convenient but meh."

"Fair and honest review. Not Black Friendly. We had reservations for 5:30 and we were on time. A pair sat down at the same time as us and were served first. That wasn’t a big deal until we didn’t get served for about 10 minutes after that. We ordered two drinks between us. The drinks came out about 10 minutes later. They were actually good. We then observed a Dad and son come in that sat next to us and before they could even sit down good they were immediately taking their orders. Our appetizers came out slow and not at the same time. The salad was over garlicky and the waiter Did take it off our bill. My wife had the short ribs and it was ok but seemed not fresh but sous vide. I had the Airline Chicken and the sweet potatoes and goat cheese was very good although the chicken portion was quite small and without flavor. Again when we were served our meals did not come out at the same time. Before anyone says we were probably rif-raf, we are both very educated and were dressed better than most. Yes we were the only blacks there for an hour and a half. In conclusion, the food was mediocre and the segregated service we endured was not appreciated and we will not be going back."
