"One time I wrote a such a terrible review about a place, I swore I wouldn't write reviews at all again. But I need some karmic forgiving and I may as well write one about an exceptional experience. I finally got a break from the babies and went out with my girlfriends, for a short( but sweet visit) I always enjoy the food and the atmosphere. But the cocktails and my bartender Kate? It really really made me miss getting out! She had such a good vibe to her. I had such a good time, the best drinks I had in SUCH a long time and I'm making it a point to get out more. We will be back to see ya girl!"

Rouge is hands down my favorite bar in Center City! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is always appealing and the staff is fun and kind. Katie is my favorite bartender and has best jokes to make everyone laugh. I highly suggest visiting if you’re in downtown Philly!

I 've spent many a happy hour and late evening in this amazing place. Katie 's one of the best bartenders in the biz always nailing my go to drink espresso martini . You can walk in alone and leave with friends you never dreamed you 'd meet. I always recommend Rouge to out of town coworkers who need a great meal and an adult beverage to dust off the work day.
