"Horrible experience at Panera bread this AM, on Tittabawasee. Placed an order online yesterday to pick up at 11.00 AM. confirmed it last night on phone. reached there at 11.10AM, lady at the front desk went back and said order is not ready yet but will be shortly. I waited , while so many other orders were being brought up for others who were not even there to pick up. I asked the lady couple more times who kept reassuring me its almost ready. Finally at 11.45, the manager asked me if i was being helped as i was standing there for such a long time, I said i am here to pick my order, and he asked me what the order was and then went back and brought the packed ready to go bag and said the order has been ready for a long time. Such terrible service . The manager apologized but I was too mad and late to stand there and listen...."

"Terrible customer service. Clearly lacks managerial supervision. Placed an order online and received email confirmation. Also received a follow up email saying my order was ready for pick up. However, when I arrived to their location, my order wasn’t in the rapid pickup counter. There were three employees behind the counter laughing and being obnoxiously loud. When their laughter subsided, I inquired about my order and was informed they were out of my item and unable to fill the order. Apparently at no time in all their carrying on did they think to call me to inform me of this. Instead they thought it was better to wait for me to waste my time driving to their location to tell me they were out. I’m still confused why I was charged for an item and sent a “ready for pickup” email when there was nothing to pickup. Refund wasn’t processed and had to pursue it the following day. Totally a complete waste of time. Unfortunately this isn’t an isolated incident and has happened before, order online at your own risk.If management is reading this, don’t respond asking me to contact you. We’ve talked previously, you had the chance to fix this and you failed."

"This restaurant has a fantastic location and is surprisingly spacious on the inside. Although the entrance is located in the corner of the shopping center and may give the impression of being a small café like Panera Bread, the interior is quite roomy. However, the ordering area can feel a bit cramped, especially during busy hours, which can lead to congestion. I typically use the app to place my order for pickup, and this location consistently gets my order right and ready at the requested time."

"I placed an online order around 12:30 for a 1 PM pickup, which included a small soup and sandwich. I arrived a few minutes early and understood that I might have to wait a little. However, my order was finally handed to me at about 1:10. What was frustrating was seeing other customers walk in, place their orders for takeout or dine-in, and receive their food quickly while I continued to wait. This is simply unacceptable! When I approached the manager about the situation, they were unresponsive and offered no apology. It’s clear that customer service is lacking here, so we will be taking our business to McAlister's from now on. I’ve also attached a photo of the sandwich that was supposed to have double meat, but it’s quite disappointing."

"This is my local Panera. The food is usually good. Drinks, bakery, sides are good. I wish they would be more mindful of wiping tables after customers leave. On my recent visit, when I asked for bread on the side with my sandwich, the took the contents of the sandwich, put it in a bowl, and placed the bread of the sandwich next to that, untoasted. Kind of bummed out my meal to have it not warm and that I had to put the contents onto the bread. What I meant is the baguette. I wanted a baguette on the side, not my sandwich to be deconstructed. Guess you have to be super specific to get orders right ?‍"

"Daughter loves Panera, I try and talk her out because of the insane traffic and impossible parking at the district. She begged to go, so after trying to find a parking spot for 10 minutes, I let her out in front of the restaurant and told her to order. Found a spot bout 2 minutes later and rushed into the store thinking she was still in line, she was standing outside. I asked her if she ordered and she said she told them she had to get money from her mom lol. I went to the register and the girl behind the counter was so sweet, I apologized for holding her up, which she wasn't bothered by and gave her a nice tip. Female manager apparently had talked to my daughter in the couple minutes she had been in there as well lol, and I was impressed that she was making rounds on the floor and had even stopped to make sure a child ordering had ordered what she wanted without any problems. Daughter enjoyed her food and the staff was phenomenal."

"By far the most awkward and disappointing Panera experience. Ordered a cinnamon crunch latte but asked if it could be prepared with non-dairy milk. The cashiers response was that she didn?t think so, so I told her I don?t want it then. At that point shesaid let me check with the back. She returned to say they could make it with almond. Got our buzzer and sat down and it wentoff immediately. Went to pick up counter and clearly nothing was ready. They asked what order I was, then said I needed to pickup in the front. Went to the front for food then returned to pick up counter for drinks. When handed my latte I asked ?this wasmade with non dairy milk right? and the woman acted annoyed and said ?it didn?t say almond? and then hastily threw it away likeI just inconvenienced her. Asked for napkins. They didn?t have any. There was an industrial roll of paper towels on the pick upcounter. Never again. And the latte was awful. Fairly certain it was just microwaved almond milk with cinnamon sprinkled ontop. Right in the trash!"

"Extraordinarily terrible. We ordered take out. I got the Green Goddess Salad. Apparently when you get takeout, they retrieve an old, pre packaged salad from the back of the fridge, throw it in a bag, and hope you don't complain. The salad was rotten and inedible. The wilted, brown lettuce was floating in some kind of brownish liquid at the bottom of the container. The chicken was old, squishy, and coated in some kind of suspicious liquid. There was almost no dressing at all although they gave me TWO cups for dressing, each cup had maybe 1/4 teaspoon of dressing. Not sure what happened there. I threw the entire thing in the garbage. Oh did I mention this tiny rotten salad cost $13? Wow. I will never go back this this location, it is beyond disgusting."

"Good, hopefully clean food. They make u like being a rabbit on account of their salads being so good and the variety is good. Lobster sandwich is good, fresh tasting, not old and fishy. The mac and cheese is always a hit with the kid and the servings are also good portions. because the Chicken Alfredo Pasta just had chunks of chicken tossed on top, no effort made to dismantle the chunks, much less mix them in. Will this stop me from coming, nope. I just won't order the chicken alfredo again."

"After a long day at Hershey Park, me and my family were looking for a refreshing place to eat and fill up our stomachs before going home. Unfortunately, this place disappointed us all. We waited 30 minutes for our food, The place was dirty and no one was cleaning this place. So if you’re looking for a place to eat. maybe look for the Chipotle Or Five Guys nextdoor. "This was the worst experience I've had at a Panera. The wait time was incredibly long, and the customer service was disappointing. I had placed a dining-in order in advance, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Since I was now running late due to the delay, I asked the manager to switch my order to takeout. Unfortunately, he failed to communicate this to his staff, resulting in wasted time for both me and them. Additionally, he showed no acknowledgment or concern about the delays. I would not recommend this location."

"I visit this restaurant frequently, and it’s a great spot for a bite to eat. However, I'd recommend checking your order before leaving, especially if you ordered through the kiosk or for Uber Eats pickup. I almost left, but then noticed my bag felt light. Upon checking, I discovered two items were missing: my drink and the pecan bread. When I informed the staff member, she rolled her eyes at me. I expect more professionalism—after all, it's her job to assist customers. It seemed like she wasn’t too keen on fetching the missing items. Overall, I had a dine-in experience."

"I came in to get some work done and was hoping I could order from my table but couldn't at this location. So I went to the counter to place my order and the cashier didn't understand what I was saying. I asked to sub my chicken for quinoa and she some how hear ham. Not only am I a vegetarian, am allergic to pork. I canceled and ordered rapid pick up instead and my food was done exactly the way I ordered it and done in less than 8 minutes. I do like that this location does have a fire place as well. I wish I could give this a 4.5 because the ordering issue at the counter was only worth loosing 1/2 star compared to the rest of the service and ambience. Another thing I noticed was I got a few people staring at me as though I was a strange face. Other than those two things it was a good experience."

"Really one of the worst Panera?s out there. Prices here have gone way up and the quality has gone staggeringly down over the last 2 years here. Last week I was here and my $12 Fontega Chicken sandwich looked like it was torn apart by an animal then placed in the wrapper. Today, the dining room is closed at various days and times with no online notice, just a poorly word sign on the front door. Since the dining room is closed, I tired to use the drive through Sat in line for ten minutes to order and at 11:02 am was told that breakfast wasn?t available? this I location is just around the corner from my house but I won?t ever be back."

"My review is solely on lack of convenience. I arrived here for a pick up order. The doors to lobby were locked. Sign on window says drive thru only. I wait in the drive thru window for more than 15 mins, for a pick up order. This was very inconvenient and inconsiderate of online customers. If I wanted to sit in a line, u wouldn't have ordered online. Needless to say, 201 mins went by before I reached the window. Just ridiculous Meal type: Dinner"

"Ordered delivery to my job and part of my order was missing. Called the store and was put on hold then was hung up on. Called back 6 times before someone answered. When I told them I was missing part of my order, they told me I could come in to get itand that they could not deliver it. I paid $5 service fee for delivery originally and another $5 tip on top of it, and now I?mbeing told the remaining part of my order, that they forgot to bag, must be picked up. After getting there, I had to stand inline for 15 minutes before being helped. My turkey bravo sandwich was dry, and had 1 measly piece of turkey on it. Do yourself afavor and do save your money, or spend it elsewhere."

"When we stop and dine in there's never an issue. One of my go to places. When we order for pick up or delivery, there's always an issue. Usually we are missing an item, but mostly it's a food quality issue. Ordered pick up through app this time. Ordered pecan braid, got bear claw Ordered BBQ chicken sandwich, very disappointing. Hardly any chicken or BBQ sauce. (Pick 2 deal, half sandwich and soup) Ordered the green goddess, my favorite sandwich btw, hardly a sandwich with the lack of items on it. Requested to redeem my free salad, Didn't get it Also requested no baguettes, Got 2 You really need an option online to opt out the baguettes. We throw ours out everytime. Just a waste. I'm a GM at a pizza shop so I get it. If it's a staff issue then the GM needs to fix it. You want to keep your customers not lose them. I'm getting there. Too many issues for us. Unless we dine in, it's always a gamble if we get everything or not. I gave a 3 star instead of 1 because I do like this place and like i said, if we dine in there's no issues."
