"I placed an online order around 12:30 for a 1 PM pickup, which included a small soup and sandwich. I arrived a few minutes early and understood that I might have to wait a little. However, my order was finally handed to me at about 1:10. What was frustrating was seeing other customers walk in, place their orders for takeout or dine-in, and receive their food quickly while I continued to wait. This is simply unacceptable! When I approached the manager about the situation, they were unresponsive and offered no apology. It’s clear that customer service is lacking here, so we will be taking our business to McAlister's from now on. I’ve also attached a photo of the sandwich that was supposed to have double meat, but it’s quite disappointing."

start with the brot first. the crust on my brot was so hard to chew that it felt like I chew raw meat. 2 And the cookie she gave me with my meal looked out and tasted 3 days old. I immediately do not leave bad reviews, but u was not impressed by this place. View menu

I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup, and I’ve been dealing with food poisoning for the last four days. Save yourself the trouble and just head down the street to McAlister's instead; this experience was definitely not worth it.

I don't understand why Panera locations across the country struggle with consistency. I ordered two bagels and received one incorrect order. The other bagel was sliced at a strange angle, resulting in the bottom half being cut into two pieces. Is it really that hard to train employees to properly use the slicer? Other chains also seem to have issues with getting orders right, but they manage to be consistently inconsistent in their mistakes.

Sent a watered down drink that was horrible tasting, blamed the DoorDash employee. DoorDash had it there in a few minutes, wife's employer is right down the road and she messaged me immediately after thanking me. It was a watered down sloppy drink. Phoned to complain (I had spent 50+ dollars on other items too), was told that's just the way the drink is and to have a great day--in a passive aggressive manner. We ordered a few dishes along with some bread loaves: a sandwich, tomato soup, and broccoli cheddar mac. Unfortunately, all three were overly salty, making it difficult to appreciate the flavors. Although the presentation was impressive, the taste was unfortunately overshadowed by the excessive saltiness. Given the high prices, the overall quality did not meet our expectations. The atmosphere was pleasant, but it took quite a while for someone to assist us, despite there being no line; they seemed rather busy. While I may consider getting more bread loaves, I won't be ordering additional food.
