"Came for restaurant week and left highly disappointed. First, when we arrived, no one was at the hostess stand to acknowledge us. We stood there for several minutes trying to figure out if we should seat ourselves, or if we were even in the right are. A waitress finally noticed us and came over to say someone would be right over. Next, I got the “betta bruschetta” as my appetizer with restaurant week. There was hardly any cheese on the bread and the appetizer itself was lackluster. Soggy bread with a pea-sized amount of cheese and tomatoes. Very disappointing. For our main course we ordered the salmon and the sirloin. Asked for the sirloin to be cooked medium, it came out still mooing. Asked for the salmon to be cooked medium rare and was informed “we don’t take special order does our salmon.” The salmon came out over cooked, dry, flavorless, and impossible to eat. I literally had to take my entire salmon home after one bite because it was THAT bad. We also took the steak home because it was inedible. It took an hour for our entrees to come out and we were not waiting around for a re-fire. Most of our experience at this restaurant was spent listening to the waitresses and the hostess argue about where to sit people and who to not seat because they didn’t have reservations. These conversations were held on the dining floor in front of everyone. Lastly, the restaurant itself is situated inside a hotel. Which we didn’t think anything of until we watched multiple hotel guests walk through the restaurant to access the hotel. Guests who were dirty and stared at you while you were dining. It felt extremely awkward and gross. There should be something to block hotel guests from using the restaurant as a cut-through. We will never be back. We wasted $75 and 2 hours of our time and still left hungry."

"Save your money and go to Texas Roadhouse 2 3 times for what you will pay here. Actual rating would be 2.5 stars. I would have reduced to 1 2 stars if the food was awful, but thankfully it wasn 't awful. Our group paid $38 $52 plate for dinner, $8 $16 per drink (beer, wine, or otherwise), and a 25% surcharge mandatory gratuity for a group of our size I really expected better out of this place. First off, this is the place where you want to take an ugly boyfriend or girlfriend because the lighting is so low you won 't be focused on their imperfections let alone be able to see the menu or your meal very well. The Char Broiled Ribeye was pretty good but the bone in ribeye had a lot of fat around the edges. If the marbling was as good as advertised the lighting prevented us from seeing it. The optional crusts on the steaks were a nice touch but the grilled veggies were tasteless. Appetizers were okay but nothing special. Maybe the restaurant was understaffed because the main complaint was our waitress couldn 't keep our water glasses full for the 2 hours that we were there. Note to Management just leave a couple of decanters of water on the table for a group. We 'd rather have water available to us than be forced to wait for it. Our waitress was pleasant kind but just not around enough to service a group of our size. We overpaid for the meal and the $163 gratuity that our waitress hand wrote on the receipt wasn 't what I would have tipped had I been asked what the service was actually worth. Texas Roadhouse delivers a more consistent experience and better bang for your buck."

"I then asked them to hold onto my cold food and not let the Mealeo driver take it if they ever showed up. Instead, I decided to drive to the restaurant myself. During the drive, I called Mealeo customer service and waited 15 minutes for a representative who could only refund my $2.99 delivery charge, with no recourse for the $6 tip I had originally left. When I arrived, I noticed the restaurant was empty except for staff and two stacks of pizza boxes waiting for delivery—one of which was mine. I asked one employee if he was the owner, and he confirmed that he was. I inquired about how they would handle my situation, but he bluntly stated that they wouldn’t do anything since they were unhappy with the Mealeo service and had faced multiple issues with it. He even suggested that I use GrubHub instead. I was left wondering how I, as a customer using their own ordering system, was supposed to know that. His indifferent and unapologetic attitude only added to my frustration. Ultimately, I walked away disappointed, without hot food or a refund. I was told that if I had any issues, I needed to take it up with Mealeo. Another manager took my name and promised to document my complaint in their system and give me credit for my next order. However, given this experience, I will not be returning—they have lost a customer for good. Looking at other Yelp reviews, it seems my dissatisfaction isn't unique, and the lack of response from the owners suggests they don’t value customer feedback. I hope sharing my experience will help others steer clear of a similarly disappointing dining and delivery experience."
