"Well, I don't know about the other items on the menu. However, I ordered the chicken masala with garlic mashed potatoes and spinach. The chicken masala was some sort of rubbery meat swimming in a pint of oil(lard? , NOT SAUCE OR GRAVY. The spinach was entirely a bunch of spinach strings(no leafs . The reheated potatoes were not much better with large chunks left unmashed. Clearly, the cook did not do a good job. $25.00 plus tip in the garbage. One last observation: While waiting, I saw 3 or 4 people send their food back for one reason or another."

"If you're looking for delicious food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Page Plaza is the perfect choice. I visited with my son and husband, and we were seated immediately—our waiter introduced herself almost right away. The service was prompt, and the entire staff was extremely friendly. "The food was below average and the service was disappointing. The breakfast offered here is merely acceptable and barely satisfactory. The cashier appeared annoyed by our presence during checkout, which added to our negative experience. To make matters worse, they serve meals on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils, which feels cheap and is not environmentally friendly. We regretted not walking the additional 10 minutes to the North Street Diner in the North End. Although this restaurant filled our stomachs, the combination of uninspired food, inadequate service, and wasteful packaging means we won't be returning. Sometimes, it's worth the extra effort to find a place that truly values both its food and its customers."

"Absolutely terrible! The service was awful, and the place was a dump. I ordered soup, and it arrived without a saucer; the cups were overflowing and the soup was cold and unappetizing, so I sent it back. "I discovered this charming little restaurant after seeing a food photo on Facebook. I had passed by it countless times without giving it much thought, assuming it only served desserts. However, I decided to stop by for breakfast yesterday and ordered the Mexican Omelet. It was delicious! The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The decor is adorable and spotlessly clean, making me feel like I had stepped into a movie from the 1950s. The staff is friendly, and the service is quite fast. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area, especially if I’m heading to the nearby Century 21."

"The staff at this restaurant are disrespectful and will argue loudly with you about their mistakes. I stopped supporting this place a while ago but made the mistake of ordering again after my terrible first experience. When I called to report a missing item from my order, a man named Ricardo (if that’s really his name) got into a shouting match with me. He refused to issue a refund or replace the item. It seems like this place is run by criminals and owned by thieves, as there’s never a manager available and the suggested response to any issues is to call back the next morning. Unfortunately, since I paid in cash, I can't dispute the charge. Save yourself the trouble; the bagels aren’t worth the awful customer service. Instead, go to the Bagel Shop on Third Avenue."

"This place makes good pizza and good steaks and I like the Spanish food options. When they are busy expect a long wait. I waiting 80 minutes for a pizza and it was cold poorly packaged. Driver looked like he was high on something or stressed out. Cool point ? for the place becz good pizza is good cold or hot. I’m giving up 1 Star becz the counter girl today took my order and told me she was gonna write my card number down and brushed me off when I asked were they busy to avoid the wait. This the second time this happened (different store) I wrote a review and manager for the store called back and explained that that wasn’t the normal procedure. I hope this doesn’t turn into unauthorized charges…. The cashier person was nasty."

"Got in from work after a very long Valentine 's day shift and everything in the area was closed. Slice told me that Venice was still open and I remembered I had a menu. Hooray, open until midnight and I was starving. I ordered a small pizza which was delivered under quote and the woman on the phone was very nice. I was just so happy some place was still open I even said to her 'thank you for staying open late, I 'm a server and everything around here closes at 10. ' Pizza was your decent corner shop pizza, but the fact that the hours are very service industry friendly got them the fifth star. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks!"

"I used to like this place better.It went down hill.Today I ordered a bowl of crab bisque. I mistakenly said bowl"instead of crock ,soI ended up paying 11.99 for it.Not worth it.The cost would have not bothered me so much had they bothered toput enough crabmeat in it.Had scarcely any crab meat.PeriodIt was mostly roux I found LESS than a half teaspoon of actual crab meat in the entire bowl.What a rip off.The waiter was nice , however.Eric's became penny wise and dollar foolish.No wonder regulars don't frequent there like they used to.I may think twice before deciding to patronize them again.."

"This was my first time ordering from this restaurant through GrubHub, and unfortunately, I received the wrong order. When I called the restaurant to explain the situation, they informed me that my order had never been picked up. While I understand mistakes happen, what was frustrating was that they made it my responsibility to fix the issue by telling me to contact the driver (who didn't answer). When I questioned why this was now my problem, the establishment simply responded that it was not their problem. In the end, I had to contact GrubHub, cancel my order, and receive a refund. Just be prepared for potential rudeness if your transaction doesn't go smoothly."

"The quality of the bagels has declined over the years. Today, I tried six different types, and they all tasted the same—like Styrofoam. I wish I could say they were great, but the spicy bagels had no spice, and the onion bagels were dry. Whoever is responsible for preparing these bagels for baking needs better training, or the owner should consider investing in higher-quality ingredients. "This is a pretty good spot. Right in the financial district. My company is primarily WFH, but pre covid this was a very popular spot for me and my coworkers. I still come here on my scooter even though i WFH, because my scooter can get me here in like 15 minutes.Their Buffalo chicken in particular is very good. Trust me, I know my Buff chicken, I have it frequently...and their's is very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant...They're also fast and nice."
