Anything and everything you eat here is the best, the quality in every ingredient, the portion size, the variety, etc. This place is a very inviting and welcoming atmosphere, and is wonderful for people with food allergies such a gluten intolerance and other allergies. "We've been customers for 20 years since we moved to the area. They are a large family and have always consistently provided great food and service. We have inaugurated, ordered to go and delivered meals. You also looked after our parties and family dinners, and I can never remember ever having problems. We have been pulled out of the state since then and go for a few meals when we visit back. We recently had my son's graduation party when we came home last weekend. "We chose Pane e Vino Providence for the recent Mother's Day occasion at the very last minute, mostly because we heard how great their Gluten free menu was. Due to it being Mother's Day graduation season, we knew it would be hard to book a standard table, and it was. Called in the day of and spoke to Austin who was amazing let us sit at the bar instead of outside. THANK YOU AUSTIN!!! Our bartenders for the night were Brian Sam. We were pleased with the food, service overall vibe of the restaurant. Food drinks were DEELISH!!!! Restaurant was a little tight, crowded noisy...but we managed to enjoy nonetheless. Will def be back in the future we happily recommend :"

"At the end of our visit to NYC last week, we wanted to sample a trendy Italian restaurant within minutes of our hotel and Nitti's was the choice. They did not disappoint. I will say that all the windows to the patio area were open, and after a rainy few days, it was still very humid and warm. However, the manager (Bless him) came to my rescue and suggested a table in line with one of their circulating fans. The food and atmosphere were very good. We had Pasta Alfredo (specially made for my husband it's not on the regular menu), Veal Sorrentino and a nice house Malbec. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and a great conversation with the manager about Italy and it's food. Good job and thanks you."

"The food was good, the service was friendly. Cash and credit are both accepted, but cash is cheaper. There is an additional 3% charge to credit card payments. The sandwiches are on the expensive side, where a roll costs between $9-10 for just meat cheese and bread. However, the flavors are good, and they make a quality sandwich. I ordered the Rocky Balboa, chicken parm with mozzarella, and the Apllo Creed, chicken cutlet with mozzarella and vodka sauce. Their is a small lot of the side of the building for parking and metered street parking available in front. 12/2023"

"The prices are quite high for what I found to be just average food quality, so I cannot recommend this expensive restaurant to anyone. The fries were overly salty, and while we also ordered creamed spinach, it was just okay. Additionally, the waiter charged us for two iced teas when we had only ordered one, and we were billed for four sodas instead of three. When I inquired about bread, the waiter replied that we would need to order it, unlike other establishments where it is typically complimentary. There are plenty of better steak restaurants in the area, such as Ruth's Chris and Capital Grill at Tysons, that offer superior food and similar prices. I would advise against spending your money here, as it’s simply not worth it. We won’t be returning to American Prime, and I suggest looking for other places that provide better ambiance and service, as this one was just average. "I made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab Hotel. We sat at 7:45 am. At 8:05 a.m. nobody had come to our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send a waitress. 8:30 no waitress got up and asked the hostess to send a waitress please. 8:40 no one yet. Each waitress distributed the table like we weren't even there. I was so upset we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else. There were four of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined !!!!! I have never treated this badly in a restaurant in my life. I will be sure to tell my friends about the terrible service we received. NO apologies for this kind of service !!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered a penne vodka with grilled chicken, which is exactly as it is described on their menu and on DoorDash. When I received my order, I found bacon in my food, which is a problem as I have a bacon allergy. They claimed it was not their responsibility and told me to contact DoorDash. I understand that, but I will make sure to inform others that this restaurant needs to improve and take care of their customers, whether they are dining in or ordering delivery. All I wanted was a penne vodka pasta, so why is there bacon in it? This is not what I expected from them."

They were more than courteous and comped the salads. BUT...in take out orders over the last year, there seems to always be some issue....burnt (beyond eatable) stone pies, missing items. I am not alone thus reason for completing this review. I heard this all the time....and so many of us were regulars at MaxAMia for such a long time. Doesn't stand up to the Max Group standard."

"He ordered a small pizza while I opted for the antipasto salad. The menu offered an incredible variety, and everything looked amazing, but we were short on time. I noticed tamarind juice on the menu, something I had never seen at a restaurant before (my mom always made it for me as a kid), so I decided to order it. Unfortunately, the waitress informed me that they hadn’t prepared it yet, but she had passion fruit juice available instead, which I accepted. When our food arrived, it was delicious. To my surprise, our wonderful waitress, Nicole, came back with a glass of fresh tamarind juice! She had rushed to make it for me. Nicole is such an amazing server! Having been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, I know how rare it is to find such excellent service these days. If you’re ever in South Norwalk and craving great food with phenomenal service, I highly recommend Slice of Italy. And if you’re lucky, Nicole might be there to take care of you!"

"The employee handled our food and prepared a new pizza without washing his hands after touching various items, such as papers, the register, and our payment. This is not only unappetizing and unsanitary, but also particularly concerning during a pandemic. I can't understand how this is deemed acceptable by the owner or manager. Additionally, he wasn't wearing a mask. While I realize that mask mandates may no longer be in place, it would still be wise for them to wear one to protect both their customers and the food. Many other restaurants continue to uphold this practice. At the very least, they should follow basic hygiene protocols and wash their hands before touching food. I cannot recommend this restaurant."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we are looked after before us. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"This used to be my favorite pizza place. They used to be great at everything and their pizza was delicious. However, something has changed recently and it's a shame. I have tried ordering from them multiple times to see if it was just a fluke, but today's experience was a perfect example of the decline. The pizzas were bland and when I ordered 3 chicken fingers and fries, they sent me an extra order of fries and only two chicken fingers. This is not the way to do business and I will not be ordering from them again. Additionally, the pizza arrived cold and the soda was warm. I work in an office and never receive paperboard or cups when I order food."

"The food was so delicious and well-prepared. The service was impeccable; the entire staff was attentive, friendly, efficient, respectful and very kind. It was our anniversary and while we had indicated that on our Open Table reservation, we had not mentioned it when we were there. When they brought our dessert the words ‘Happy Anniversary’ were piped in chocolate on the plate along with a lit candle on the plate for us. Many other places we have gone to have via Open Table overlooked those details. Can’t wait to go again!"
