"We’ve been here enough to know that they offer great service, but my recent visit was unfortunately disappointing. Sunday night, not crowded at all. After our server got our drink order, he didn’t come back for good 15min to take our food order. We had to ask busboy to get the server, and for some reason we got a completely different person to be taken care. She was nice, but never came back for drink refill and, I don’t know, it just wasn’t the usual accommodating service I’ve known to enjoy. I brought my friends who were their first visit, hoping they’ll like the place, but I don’t think they will ever come back…"

"This is a spot that needs a sixth star option, as it truly is about perfect for what I want in a restaurant. Casual appearance, friendly staff from top to bottom, prompt service and super amazing food. The oysters were perfectly shucked and fresh. My wife had a lobster Cobb salad and I had a salmon bowl and both were super well made. We came for lunch and it was busy but not packed on a Thursday. I imagine a long wait on a weekend. "Wonderful experience! Went for my first time during lunch on a recent Disney trip. I am on a very strict meal regiment and didn't eat on property much as I was unsure of the availability I would have as a selection other than salad. My server, Patrick, was very attentive and understanding of my dietary restrictions. He brought me out the allergy friendly menu and offered to have the chef come out and talk over my options-it was a rather busy late afternoon crowd, so I declined and continued with my order. I had the steak and eggs- the steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked a beautiful med-rare. Such a great dining experience! Highly recommend and will definitely return!"

"I’m not sure why there are so many great reviews of this place. It was mediocre to fair at best. The service was fine. The restaurant was too warm. The fried calamari was good, not great, light breading, not rubbery. But it really would have benefited from something other than ketchupy cocktail sauce to go with it. The lobster and crab cakes were the best thing of the evening. Lots of seafood, nice Cajun seasoning to the corn and sauce. My daughter was very happy with her lobster ravioli, but the pool of grease in the bottom of the dish when she was done was unappetizing. Fettuccine Alfredo arrived looking like it had sat too long under the warmer. The trout was overdone and dry. The filet mignon was fine, just not very flavorful. Grilled asparagus was good. Creme brulee and butter cake were tasty desserts."

"We got there at 4 and were told they probably wouldn't be ready until 4:30. I did t mind because it let me get a boba and explore. Food was good. I went for the chicken tenders and they weren't on the menu. The popcorn chicken was really good, as were the chicken and pork belly skewers. It is cooked fresh but not super fast. The server was nice but not very attentive since only 3 tables were occupied, and I had to push the bell every time I needed something. Maybe that's just how this place is. The atmosphere was lacking due to the vulgar loud music that was playing. I don't need to hear about pu$$y or hear the N-word while I'm eating. I couldn't hold much conversation because my friend and I couldn't hear each other over the music without almost yelling."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I have been here a few times in the past and was never really SUPER impressed with what they offered, but nothing wrong was done to me... Until this past weekend. 6 of us tried to walk into the establishment. 1 of the 6 (my boyfriend) is a disabled vet with a service dog. As we tried to walk in a rude man in an apron (smoking a cigarette by trash containers) yelled at us and said no dogs in the restaurant! My boyfriend turned around an said She 's a service dog. To which the man responded I don 't care, I 'm the owner there 's no dogs in there Do you have her certifications . My boyfriend informed the owner he doesn 't carry paperwork that there was no REAL paperwork that could be provided as ANYONE can purchase fake certs. online. The owner and my boyfriend went back and forth for about 2 minutes or so before he called over a security guard told him to take care of the situation . You would think we were trying to cause a ruckus they way he was treating and talking to us. Mind you, all of us are adults, 33+. The owner ran off. The security guard said He 's my boss. I 'm sorry, I would have let you in. Finally, after taking in the whole situation in my boyfriend went through his wallet and found his service dog card, which clearly states all the do 's and don 't of the business owners. One of the DONT 'S is they are not allowed to ask for any documentation. My boyfriend went in trying to find the owner to show him the card but apparently He left . Really? He left? It hadn 't been more than 5 minutes. Owner is completely disrespectful and very unprofessional. He should make himself more knowledgeable of service animals."

"Dead Dog has a track record of serving disappointing food, but typically, that’s not the main reason people go there. However, tonight's experience with both the food and service was especially poor. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed with too many tables. I ordered onion rings but received French fries instead. When I asked for tartar sauce, I got cocktail sauce instead. I inquired about the fried oysters, and the waitress assured me they were good; otherwise, I would have chosen something different. Unfortunately, they were among the worst I’ve ever had — about ten small ones, each only the size of the tip of my index finger. The salad was also limp. Overall, not a great dining experience."

"I was taken out for a birthday dinner at Pine Point Grill, and the experience was wonderful. The food was exceptional, and the service was very good. I had the baked haddock, which was cooked to perfection and served with a generous portion of tartar sauce. The vegetables were also cooked just right, and the small potatoes on the plate were delicious. For dessert, I tried the crème brûlée; it was good, but not outstanding. We started with a flatbread topped with prosciutto and cheese, which was very tasty. One downside is that you cannot make reservations for just one person through their app."

"Food smelled great when I arrived. Kitchen was booming, the aroma was magnificent. But there's a reason I don't order fried food often anymore and this calamari with a side of hush puppies reminded why. ? over battered, overcooked, basically eating crunchy chips instead of juicy lightly fried fresh calamari. The hush puppies I'm use to from the east coast are sweet and soft but these were crunchy and peppery. ? but I get it I'm in TX that's what people want. No honey butter here either. just tarter and cocktail sauce. I couldn't finish even half of the $17 togo meal after a $2 tip. Great service though. Nice people. Should of played it safe with broiled fish or shrimp. Oh well maybe next time ..."

"Tried to go another day but was closing. We sat outside and the waitress was reluctant so we sat close to the door so she wouldn't have to walk a lot. We ordered bacon wrapped shrimp. It was so hot it did not taste good. Yes there were jalapenos but there were also seeds and we couldn't eat it and we sent it back. The waitress looked very suspicious. We also got gumbo and it was fine . They credited the bill and in the end the waitress was happy. I think she was worried about it affecting her tip."
