"I made a reservation. When I arrived, there was no one at the scene. after about five minutes waiting time I went to the restaurant to find help. one of the servers told me that they currently had “stop seats”. (that was despite the fact that there were many empty tables, I asked how long the waiting time would be. she wasn't sure, but said minutes. about minutes past and then a hostess appeared. at this time the customers had abandoned and others had arrived. she had eye contact and did not ask if she could help. she was absolutely not helpful, not communicative, and when I asked her, she only said that she had a “hold on sitting” without further explanation. then she disappeared without helping me or the other customers. I waited a few minutes more without anyone being able to help. a few times employees (including the host) went quickly without eye contact, clearly want to avoid the waiting customers (including me). when I haven't sat minutes after my reservation time and had no sense when the seats could actually occur, I left the restaurant. I will not go back."
