"The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing, and I will definitely be coming back for more! However, getting my hands on a pizza was quite the adventure. First off, the location is a bit tricky to navigate. It’s right at a busy intersection, which makes turning in quite challenging during peak hours. If you're resourceful, you can use the sidewalk to maneuver in and out alongside the oncoming traffic. Once I parked and stepped out of my car, I was greeted by a door and a sliding window. A man appeared at the window and asked how he could assist me. When I mentioned I wanted to place an order, he directed me to go through the door instead. After finally getting inside, I encountered another issue: the printer was out of order. The employee had to hit and twist it to get it working, resulting in a bunch of old receipts being spat out. I really hope they address some of these problems. Streamlining their processes would save time and enhance the overall professionalism of their service. Nonetheless, the food is definitely worth the hassle!"

"We recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and the delivery person was very friendly. However, it took over an hour for him to arrive on a rainy night, even though we live just 7 minutes away. I visited the restaurant yesterday and found it easy to park with a happy and friendly staff. The location is convenient and the restaurant is very clean and comfortable. I ordered The Works pizza with paprika, bacon, Italian sausage, green peppers, and black olives, and it was incredibly delicious as expected from Papa John's. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"I would like to express my gratitude to the restaurant for the fantastic pizza I received today. It was delivered around 4:40 PM through DoorDash. I ordered a 10-inch pizza with regular crust, topped with pepperoni, onions, and bacon. It was incredibly delicious, which is why I decided to upload some pictures. I also savored a chocolate chip cookie. A heartfelt thank you to the staff working between 4 PM and 6 PM on September 20, 2022, and a special mention to my DoorDash delivery driver!"

"Food was disgusting, flat out terrible! I had the parm crust philly cheesesteak papadia. I felt like they rushed over my food , veggies were undercooked over all disgusting! When I called the manager he stated that he does not give credit just because I threw up, remind you like I said before the food was disgusting, not only that had me vomiting everywhere. I didn't even want the money back, just credit for something else. only reason I gave 3 stars on service is because the lady who delivered my food was awesome, she forgot my 2 liter pepsi and was even kind of enough to bring it back ! big s/o to Jacquelyn Taouis !!"

"Every time we try to give this location a chance, we always end up regretting it. We got the Parmesan Crusted Papadia and Pizza special last night and it was the worst food we have ever had from them. There were so many bubbles on the actual pizza, not thecrust, that there were huge empty spots all over the pizza with no sauce or cheese and no toppings. It looked disgusting. Icannot for the life of me understand how anyone could look at that pizza and actually serve it to a customer. And the papadiahad NO CHEESE ON THE OUTSIDE AT ALL. It was supposed to be a PARMESAN CRUSTED PAPADIA which we paid $1 extra for the regularone costs $15.00 and we paid $16.00 but there was no Parmesan on the outside. We have had this from another locations so we knowwhat it?s supposed to be like. We also paid $3 extra for the Epic Stuffed Crust as the pizza in the special, so it was $19.00before tax and the pizza was so terrible we didn?t even finish it. These people are the worst pizza makers I have ever seen atany Papa John?s location anywhere. I did not call and complain like I usually have to do when I order from this location becauseI?m not interested in a replacement and constantly getting refunds every time I order from there is getting old. PLEASE JUSTSAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY AND AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. The Little Caesar?s at Lankershim and Erwin next toSuperior is seriously one of the best pizza places in this area. "Ordered a pizza at 4:30 waited 3 1/2 hrs finally called and they say my pizza was delivered come to find out they delivered it to the wrong house they gave it to my neighbors which are thieves mind you before i can talk to a manager about the situation it was around 8:30 I've been put on hold numerous of times for more thane 20 min and was told they are very busy by the time i talk to a manager he said he's sorry he will refund my money and give me a free credit ok cool whatever order pizza the next afternoon around 1 was immediately put on hold for 15 min remind you im just trying to order pizza by the time he gets back to phone 15min later i placed my order and he tells me its their lunch rush he will get it to me as soon as possible no time given and also told me i have to pay a delivery fee WOW!!! After i paid 35 bucks on a card and left a tip and never got a pizza Yesterday. Ok no problem i will never order from this place again very bad customer service very disappointed and by the way im a manager at dominos so i know the pizza game."

"Your restaurant is beautiful and spotless! I just wish the manager's attitude matched the ambiance. She was incredibly rude, and rather than taking responsibility when things went wrong, she turned it on the customers. For instance, when my husband arrived, they claimed there was no order for us. I had to step in and clarify that we were at the right location! Additionally, the seal on our pizza was broken, which caused it to spill everywhere – just a series of simple mistakes. As I was leaving, her demeanor only got worse. At that point, it felt like I needed to call the authorities because she was yelling at me. She really should not be in customer service!"

"When I walked into the restaurant, I noticed that the cook also served as the cashier. He wasn't wearing an apron, and his shirt was dusted with flour and various toppings. He handled the meat and toppings without using any protective gloves. After taking my order on the register’s touchscreen, he processed the payment and handed me my change, all while effortlessly returning to pizza preparation. This situation raises concerns about food safety and hygiene. Maintaining proper food handling practices should be a top priority to ensure the safety of customers."

"I called the restaurant and spoke with Blake, who is the store manager. We discussed the issue with the spilled garlic sauce on my pizza. Blake was very understanding and we were able to resolve the issue. He is a good guy and was very polite during our conversation. Overall, I had a positive experience with the customer service. I would recommend giving them a second chance."

"Monday after 5pm is vegan pizza night. They usually have 4 different kinds of vegan pizza at a time. Generally it's a creamy potato, mac cheese, and a spinach/mushroom pizza with or without Daiya cheese. They also have vegan breadsticks and delicious salad. If you go on a day that isn't Monday, they might have a couple slices of vegan pizza, if not, they're always willing to make one for you. The slices are pretty big, too."

"I have been ordering from this location faithfully, last Tuesday I ordered for delivery to my office, when the girl arrived I was on a call, I apologized and told her I was in a hurry, I signed the receipt, handed her $3.00 cash and got back to my call. Saturday I was looking at my bank account online and noticed my purchase was $5.00 more than it should have been. I called the store and spoke with a manager who informed me once she looked at the receipt that Christine Ayala had added a $5.00 tip on the receipt. I was pissed. The manager apologized and refunded my entire bill but the face this woman STOLE money from me and thought it was ok, how many other people have she done this too? I always always always tip and she received a tip and tried to take more from me. This was unacceptable"

"It was a great store 6 months ago. I ordered several times and all were wonderful. However today's order totally went south. I don't know for sure what changed, but noticeable, the staff were different from before. I guess that was the reason? Pizza was cold, crust were not made well, (the dough tasted sweet, ridiculously), topping were so stingy comparing with before. My chicken nuggets were not wrapped in foil like before but just dumped in the box and it was cold. The guy took my cash and did not even bother asking if I want my change. I mean I planned to give him the change as tip, but come on by courtesy, you should at least ask. Geez, no more going back to this store."

"I highly recommend getting several cups of the Special Garlic Dipping Sauce and using it to dip everything, especially when reheating your pizza leftovers the next day; it adds an extra layer of deliciousness. My boyfriend decided to try the new Extra Large NY Style Crust Create Your Own Pizza and topped it with sausage and pepperoni, opting for light sauce. He enjoyed it but mentioned that the individual NY-style slices he had at local events were superior to the whole pizza, lacking the same greasy, cheesy goodness found in a single slice. My favorite order was the Large Epic Stuffed Crust Create Your Own Pizza, which I topped with Parmesan Romano, pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. For my Pick Your Faves Deal, I got 10-inch cheese sticks with a complimentary side of pizza dipping sauce and 6 unsauced wings with another complimentary side of ranch. Overall, the staff was friendly and efficient. The food was enjoyable and may even taste better the next day. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that it isn't the absolute best pizza I've had—not that Papa John's could necessarily improve; it's just a matter of personal taste. I prefer more adventurous toppings like figs, jams, apples, and prosciutto, which tend to earn higher ratings."
