"Food was disgusting, flat out terrible! I had the parm crust philly cheesesteak papadia. I felt like they rushed over my food , veggies were undercooked over all disgusting! When I called the manager he stated that he does not give credit just because I threw up, remind you like I said before the food was disgusting, not only that had me vomiting everywhere. I didn't even want the money back, just credit for something else. only reason I gave 3 stars on service is because the lady who delivered my food was awesome, she forgot my 2 liter pepsi and was even kind of enough to bring it back ! big s/o to Jacquelyn Taouis !!"

It’s Friday evening and from placing my order to the knock on my door was only 30 minutes might be the fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced! The order was correct and the pizza was hot and delicious! The driver was super friendly! Thank you!!!

Ordered delivery only to have a DoorDash driver bring my order to me so I had to wait 1 hour after the DoorDash driver finished all his orders and got a cold pizza that was also burnt I’m upset about this I don’t understand why they even would send out a Burt pizza View menu

Just went in today. Said I had an order for pickup. After 3 mins still no pizza even though was done sitting there. After she started making a pizza I had to ask someone else if my pizza was ready. When someone asks for pizza you should check first before running off and doing something else.

I have had a mixed experience with Papa John's in the past, encountering some disappointing customer service. However, my recent visits to this particular store have been excellent. I am willing to drive from a farther distance just to dine here. Today, I accidentally ordered Jalapeños instead of pineapple for my kids online. The staff quickly remade the pizza with a smile. Excellent job!
