"Last year for Thanksgiving, we ordered turkey, ham and stuffing from La Panzano. It was amazing and delicious. Everyone loved it, so this year, we decided to go with them again. From the beginning the customer service was lacking. It took awhile for them to answer the phone when we tried calling, but we still decided to book and order the same thing as last year since we were getting close to our event. We placed an order well in advance for turkey, ham and stuffing. Our office assistant emailed and confirmed that everything was good to go for our event and Joseph confirmed. Today comes by and it's 11:15am. We have 75 ppl waiting for the Thanksgiving catering, but no one arrives. We frantically start calling the number listed on yelp as well as in the signature of the emails, and no one answers. By now, it's 12:15pm and still no one answers so we came to the conclusion that no one was showing up from your company. At 12:45p, we received an email, not a call, that there was a mistake and the order was suppose to be ready for the following day. We are so disappointed in the way La Panzano handled this. There should've been a call to our office assistant immediately upon finding out the mistake instead of sending an email. We did request for a full refund and received it back, however, I do feel there should've been more done to remedy this as we planned our event way in advance to accommodate everyone's schedule and our main course was missing. I have mixed feelings about ordering from La Panzano again."
