"My God! This must be the best hot pot experience I've ever had. We went on a Thursday afternoon and had no waiting time and there were lunch prices that make it an even better floor. Our server was the sweetest and so helpful! The vegetables, seafood, noodles, dumplings and sauce bar were all served themselves and everything you can eat. We had the tomato broth and the original marrow and they were rich and full of taste. We did the premium package, which was really amazing for the price. The ribeye was so tender and pig bell was also delicious. You even have Dessert! The soft portion was rich and creamy and a perfect way to finish the meal!"

"Amazing! We decided to come here after leaving another restaurant that was dirty, and walking into this place was such a relief. It’s incredibly clean and welcoming. The food was delicious! We opted for the split hot pot and chose individual items instead of the all-you-can-eat option. We were quite hungry and ended up eating a lot, and it turned out to be cheaper than going for the all-you-can-eat deal. Our server was delightful and very helpful; overall, it was an excellent experience. The sauce bar was fantastic! We will definitely stop by again anytime we’re in Tulsa. The ordering system was a bit different and challenging, but our server ensured that everything we wanted was brought to us. There were three of us, and the total bill was in the $70 range, which is quite reasonable for hot pot!"

"I was initially reluctant to visit Lai-Lai Wok for the first time due to the mixed reviews I had heard about the authenticity and quality of Chinese food in the area. However, after my experience, I can confidently say it’s a strong contender for both. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this restaurant, and the portion sizes are enormous! I accidentally ordered a main dish along with a soup and an appetizer, which ended up being enough food for at least three additional meals. "I absolutely adore this restaurant! Having it just a few doors down from my workplace is incredibly convenient. The staff is fantastic, and the food is much better than most Chinese restaurants in the Falls Church/Fairfax area, which is surprising given the plethora of Asian dining options available nearby. I appreciate that they have both Chinese and Japanese menus, allowing for a great mix-and-match experience. Plus, their online ordering system is very convenient, and they always have the food ready on time!"

"Tried New Kam Fong for the first time last night. We were impressed. Portion sizes are large. We ordered beef and snow peas, chicken and broccoli, shrimp with scrambled egg and rice, lemon chicken, salt and pepper fish, meat dumplings, lo mein,wontons in chili oil, and hot and sour soup. Everything was delicious. We especially enjoyed the shrimp and scrambled egg overrice. The dumplings were large and full of tasty filling. The soup is a large multi person portion. The fish and chicken werefried nicely. The wontons in chili oil were good but I was expecting pork and they were shrimp. So that was a littledisappointing. The only thing I probably wouldn't reorder was the lo mein. It was average. They are only doing take out rightnow. Call or order online in advance. Parking is limited, but easy enough to get street parking."

"Decent and affordable Chinese food within reach! The restaurant is conveniently located in a plaza, so finding parking isn't a huge issue. The space is open and laid out like many other mom and pop restaurants, and can accommodate for parties both big and small. The last time I came here, my sister and I had dinner and had General Tso's chicken and beef fried rice. The chicken was a bit too soft but overall saucy and tasty. The fried rice did the job well. Overall, this is a good place to grab an affordable lunch or even take out a big party to for dinner."

"I was planning to dine here later, but I've changed my mind. I got ice cream from Somi Somi, and it was melting everywhere. I desperately needed to use the restroom to clean up, but the staff informed me that only customers could use it. I offered to buy a drink, hoping that would allow me access, but they still refused, and in a very rude manner. The employee didn't even make eye contact and spoke to me as if I were a bother. They hurried me out quickly. I wouldn’t recommend eating at a place where the staff has such a cold attitude. If they had let me use the restroom, I would have spent a few dollars on a drink, which would have benefited both of us. But since I wouldn’t be spending more, I didn't get the privilege of using the restroom sink?"
