"I am a Bright Line Eating devotee and came here for the first time. The waiter, Jaden, was an excellent listener and was very helpful in communicating to the chef/owner, Liz, exactly what I wanted. I eat 4 oz. of protein and 14 oz of veggies plus 1 fat portion. Their black and Bleu salad with a few extra veggies was perfect! My husband, not a big Italian food fan, ordered the meaty lasagna and said it was the best red sauce he's ever had! The balsamic salad dressing was excellent too. We're coming back!!!!!Review #2. 4/28/24 We had to order food for 15 people as a takeout. Liz and her team did an outstanding job of providing not only the quantity needed at short notice, but also absolute quality too. Everyone that night who were getting ready for a large memorial service, appreciated their kindness, community spirit, and fabulous food! Thank you again Liz! "Tried Crave for the first time on a Sunday night made reservations a few days in advance for our party of eight and they had either 4 PM or 8 PM seating available. So we went with the 8 PM reservation. Although they closed at 9 PM on Sunday when we arrived for the reservation at eight, it was busy and the parking lot barely had any spots available. We were seated immediately and our waitress was very friendly. From all of the reviews, their menu selections, and what I could gather from the talk about town I didn't expect it to be such a fancy place. I'd say it has a casual vibe for a fancy place as in no one was dressed up and it's definitely appropriate for families with kids. It's definitely fancy enough and and appropriate for a special celebration. Our waitress introduced the restaurant as it was our first time and told us about the premium flour used to make fresh pasta so we had high hopes. She also made a big deal about their french fries being really great. I ordered a salad with salmon, other meals at the table were the turkey Reuben, a wedge salad, ribeye steak, pasta with shrimp, mac cheese with french fries, and an Ahi tuna bowl. We ordered the focaccia bread as an app. Since we are all family, I tried a lot of the different dishes. Out of everything ordered, the best of it was the wedge salad and the turkey Reuben sandwich. My salad with salmon was a good choice for a light bite. The salmon was tender and just slightly undercooked, but that's exactly how I like it. The ribeye was very marbled and very difficult to cut. It was either the knife or the meat but I think they just gave us a dull knife because the meat was pretty decent and it wasn't too tough. The pasta with shrimp was my least favorite because it was so oily. I was disappointed since the pasta was supposed to be so good but I couldn't tell if it was any different than any other pasta. Even the mac cheese was not anything special. My children loved the french fries, and raved about them, but the fries didn't excite me. Overall, I'd say that I enjoyed the ambience and the service, but the food wasn't as impressive as I was hoping it would be. As it was hit and miss this time with the food quality we will try again and try different things."

"It was good. Had the cheese plate, wings, hummus tops, all were good. Drinks were okay. Had the special steak and shrimp, I was disappointed by the steak quality. The side vein was Raw, but we had a great order so that the chefs probably overwhelmed. But if I were the meat buyer, I would get the game up. Had chocolate dessert, strawberry cheesecake and carrot cake with vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Everything and everything it was 4/5 I really wanted more on the special"

"My wife and I went there on a Saturday early evening for dinner. This was our first time and we decided on trying it because of all the gluten free options they had available. The hostess asked if we had reservations which we didn't so we sat at a bar height table since, apparently all the empty booths were reserved. May want to call ahead and make a reservation if possible. We were greeted by a server immediately after sitting down and we got our drink order in. The server was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the menu. They have 19 beers on tap along with a full bar. Not sure about the wine selection but i would assume they have a good bottle list as well. The menu isn't the biggest but has all the usual things including salads, soups and two burger options along with entrees and appetizers. The menu reports everything is scratch made so it may take some time to get your food. When we got our food it had a good presentation and was hot. The food was good, both my wife and I enjoyed the pork chop and flank steak with garlic mashed potatoes. The portions were also a good size. All in all, Oak Barrel restaurant (we didn't go to the separate lounge) was a good experience with friendly staff and good food. No complaints."

"Should have noticed this was going to be a mediocre experience when we walked over sticky floors to be sat in the corner. We switched to the sushi bar and after we ordered, noticed the men rolling the sushi weren’t wearing gloves. Pretty sure that’s basic health code… sushi pretty much tasted like the excessive amount of mayo and sauce they drowned the rolls in. The volcano roll was disgusting. I wouldn’t feel that to my dog. I wouldn’t eat that if I was starving. I’d rather avoid feeling nauseous after sushi. Just a gross and disgusting experience. Everything else was just mediocre. Wouldn’t recommend."
