"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

"This place is the LAST PLACE you want to go if you want WHAT you ORDERED! Ever since this place opened, it hasn’t gotten one order correct thus far. They are either dyslexic, hard of hearing, or ALL OF THE ABOVE. Countless times these rejects can’t seem to get a damn thing correct except the total. It’s just bad all around! "My wife and I have dined at Short Hills several times and have always enjoyed our meals. However, our most recent visit with another couple who had never been there was quite disappointing. We had just an hour before graduation, and our waitress had a rather unfriendly attitude. One of our friends ordered a hot corned beef sandwich, but it was served cold, and the waitress seemed annoyed that she had to take it back to the kitchen. My potato pancakes were overcooked and lacked flavor. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"Although we are closer to The Woodlands location, we would rather drive down to Houston to dine at the Galleria one. The Westheimer location is longer established and has somewhat of a more old-timey, classic feel… And, we prefer that. It gives that elegant romantic vibe that has stood the test of time for us. Plus, if you’re a crab lover like me, AYCE crab is offered on Monday nights (at the Westheimer location only). Recently celebrated our anniversary here. Our entire meal was outstanding, and table service was top-notch. We came in an hour before our early dinner reservation to catch Happy Hour at the bar, and that was perfect prequel. The bar menu had all kinds of delicious bites and fun cocktails, and bar service was also great. Everything WONDERFUL, from beginning to end."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.Ordered from here and when I called, they told me I called the Orland Park location. I looked the number up again on their own website and dialed in manually. Got the same person and they confirmed the address that I intended on reaching. I go to pick up the food and the person at the register said my name was in the system but not the order and that the order must be at a different location. Absolutely ridiculous after I was given a price and time and everything. I called the same number right as I was leaving and they answered right in front of me.Total LIARS that just don't feel like making your food when you order it apparently. "I just received a deep dish pizza and an appetizer platter, and I'm really disappointed. The platter was burnt, and the deep dish pizza resembled a regular pizza cut into triangles with some sauce thrown on top. I won't be ordering from them again. I used to love Barraco's, but this is the second time I've wasted my money here. I wish I could share pictures of my deep dish because I’ve had it from EP, and it was about three times the size of this thin pizza."

Parking: Parking was a little ambiguous....there is a banquet hall next door with a parking lot between them and Barraco's. The lot isn't marked as to which establishment the parking is for. This resulted in our server receiving a double tip. While he provided excellent service and deserved a good tip, I might not have left as much had I known in advance. "When COVID altered our Christmas plans at the last minute on Christmas Eve, we called Southampton Pizza and placed an order for two pies to go. When going to pick up our order, the staff was friendly and in a good mood considering that they were working Christmas Eve. "I work as a chauffeur and occasionally the dispatchers will send me to go get food. It's a good thing because they buy me food. I had an amazing Cobb salad!! One of the guys ordered a stromboli. And they were 10 minutes from closing when I got there the person told me that it was still cooking and it would be 7 minutes and asked me if it was okay to wait. They had been working all day and still was making a fresh stromboli for my dispatcher. Totally impressed. It looked amazing and smelled amazing! Definitely a place to go for takeout. There really isn't any tables. Their menu is so extensive!! I think this was taken wrong, I said extensive, as in a lot of choices, NOT EXPENSIVE. IT WAS VERY REASONABLE!!"

"Dont expect much here. This business relies on taking advantage if the late night crowd.. They take forever to make and deliver your order. Most times on busy nights they are taking 5 and 6 delivery orders at a time. If u are lucky enough to hit them up on their downtime beware they will recycle unused slices that are days old. Always ask for fresh slices. Most of the lunch meats and pasta items are frozen and not fresh. Lot of reliance on the microwave in the back of their kitchen. Their are also mice spotted which they choose to ignore. Also make sure to ask for fresh milkshakes as they have a tendency to reuse ones that were not picked up by customers. The fresh rolls that get delivered every few days are frozen and most likely have the appearance if fresh. Some of the items customers dont pick up are reused to other customers hours and sometimes even days later. Eat at your own risk and remember not all late night options are good ones."
