"Our favorite place for takeout, because they have a wide variety on the menu. Suits everyone. Dining in is great too! Generally have tables. "Plenty of parking. Immediate seating. The server took our order and returned with the salad and very hot and very delicious Miso soup. Our box dinners were served before I could finish my soup. The dinners included 4 pieces of crab sushi, a shrimp tempura, a spring roll, white sticky rice, 3 pot stickers, and the entrée. I ordered orange chicken. It was filling and delicious. The chicken was sliced in strips with a crispy coating and served in a sweet, orange sauce. There was too much to eat and plenty to take home. As a special treat, we finished with mochi delicate sticky coating (pounded sticky rice) with, in this case, mango ice cream. Even though most tables were full, and carry out service was bustling, we had fantastic service. Definitely deserves a return visit. Reasonably priced."

"After reading all the great reviews decided to give this a place a try. Went there for dinner last night for my friend birthday. Called in advance to make a reservation for a party of 8. When we arrived we were taken to a private room which was nice. Waited a bit for our waitress to take our order. The food came quickly after we placed our order. We noticed a bunch of the stuff was given to us which we did not order and there where things we ordered which was completely missing. We ordered sashimi but instead they gave us that sushi version which came with rice. So I feel like they were trying to be sneaky and to fill us up. Then also notice even though it’s an ayce sushi they limit you to 50 pieces of sashimi and they sashimi was diced up into cubes and not slices of fish. So it’s like u in reality they dice the fishes into about 3-4 pieces as compared to regular pieces of sashimi so even if they say limit 50 pieces you getting like about 10-12 pieces for the price. When we were ready to order more we waited over 30 minutes before they even come back to take our next order. The quality of the fish was just ok. I guess for $28 a person you can’t really expect high quality sushi. If I’m around the area and craving for sushi I might return but I would not travel out of my way for it."

"A true hidden gem in the beach cities! The rolls and fish are clean and fresh, making for a delightful meal. If you're not a fan of sushi slathered in spicy mayo, this is definitely the place for you (though they do offer dishes with spicy mayo if you enjoy that). The atmosphere is always calming and enjoyable. The servers and what I believe to be the owner are attentive and friendly, adding to the experience. It's perfect for a date night, family outing, or just a quick bite. There's really nothing else in the area that compares!"

"the workers don't wash their hands. more than once I have personally observed, touch nose/face and hair, circumstance money, coughing and wiping hands on seat of the pants before salat and pizza. it's really disgusting. we were regular, but it went so much downhill. Last time we ordered food from here that my wife really got sick. it is not hygienic and not clean. eat them here on their own risk, as the personal does not glove or wash and they treat all salad and pizza ingredients barehanded. let me repeat that the salat benches are used again and again in the same night and the staff does not wash their hands or glove when they dim deep into the benches with unwashed hands and fingernails. the health department must really visit. it is particularly lively when they wondered that they wash after using the bathroom?"

"I was greeted rudely by what I believe was the manager, and the server was unavailable for long stretches of time (including a 30-minute wait on one occasion). I left a small tip because the service was mediocre. Later, I received a call from the same manager inquiring about my low tip. When I explained that it was not only the server's performance but also her attitude toward us that contributed, she acted shocked and abruptly hung up on me. This was extremely unprofessional! It’s safe to say that I won't be returning."

The quality of the food left much to be desired. The sushi fish did not taste fresh and had an unpleasant fishy smell. The crunchy flakes had a slightly rancid taste, indicating that they might be using old oil for frying. "The salsa at this restaurant is amazing, and the service and environment are great. However, the chefs need improvement as all the dishes taste very similar and are overcooked. The seared burn marks on the meats and similar seasoning make all the dishes blend together. This was my second time experiencing this issue and I may not return if invited again. "They charge slightly more money than the better Chinese restaurants for smaller food portions. First impression was five stars for the Peking Style Pork Chop which came fast before estimated delivery time and was hot. Several weeks later came back for a second time and ordered the Seafood Pan Fried Noodle. Not impressed. It was $1+ more than better Chinese restaurants, half the portion, 50% seafood and 50% vegetables (other restaurants give you at least 85% seafood), and very little sauce. I was scraping the bottom of the pan for 2 spoonful of sauce (other restaurants give you a pan practically brimming with sauce). I don't recall this dish ever comes with snow peas, corn, and so much mushrooms. The shrimp were baby size (other restaurants give you adult size shrimp). There was a shrimp shell in the dish, too. I almost thought they packed a Vegetable Pan Fried Noodles into my order instead of Seafood because of all the vegetables instead of seafood. Five star for the food packaging and giving you sushi white rice which is tastier than regular cheap white rice though."
