"Nick here reporting for duty! We entered this quaint sushi joint prepared to take on an unpredictable taste test. To start we ordered some egg rolls. Piping hot, these are bigger than any egg roll you could fathom. What a value as its taste was delectable. It was a party in my mouth! Our party had three people, and my colleague Sarah and I had split a salmon boy and tuna boy. The salmon and tuna sushi were fat, phat, and flavorful (see pic). We savored every bite! Moreover, I ordered an Alaska roll. The roll had a perfectly balanced texture, through which the salmon and cucumber danced a harmonious waltz. Sarah ordered an additional spicy tuna roll, which packed a flavorful punch, yet left you wanting more. Ben is new to the sushi community and ordered a shrimp tempura roll. Ben here reporting for duty! The shrimp tempura roll was faaaantastic and it left me wanting more and more! Thanks for reading!"

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"

"As a vegan, I may not be the best person to review a sushi restaurant, but I really enjoy Yo Zushi! They offer inexpensive, delicious vegan and vegetarian options. The staff is friendly, my orders have always been correct, and the food is good. I've tried the avocado roll, sweet potato roll, tempura vegetable roll, shio ramen, and spring rolls, and they were all tasty. I have only done takeout orders during COVID restrictions, so I can't comment on the service or conveyor belt dining experience. However, the inside of the restaurant is nice, clean, and well-decorated."

"tonight 10/13/21 with my family stopped. the food was good, but the service was bad. I am vegan gluten-free and wanted blase tee, but they said their regular boba tee aromen are not vegan. they said they could make a green tee with lychee jelly, but then they brought me a green tee with lychee sirup from the jelly, but no jelly. they claimed that the gel was not gluten-free, but thought it would be appropriate to pour the syrup from the gluten that contains jelly into my drink?! my man ordered the Ma-Po soup that didn't come out when all the others came out. At some point, a waitress noticed that my poor man did not eat and asked what he ordered. all the others ended their engaged when the suppe of my man came. at the end our waitress asked if the manager had ever come and was shocked when we said no. later she came back with the bill, still no manager, and the bill had no adjustments that we thought it could, since she said the manager should talk to us. we paid and let us be confused and disappointed by the service, but at least that eating is delicious!"

"We ordered to-go but I don’t think I would be returning…. I would five this place 2.5 stars..Agedashi is not what I expected. I don’t think this place knows how to make a proper agedashi tofu. This was just a dish that you would see at a Korean restaurant as a side dish. Extremely disappointed.Shrimp and vegetable tempura was okay. The veggie tempura was good but the shrimp tempura’s batter was awful. It was hard and very difficult to chew without cutting up inside of my mouth. They should have used the same batter as the veggie tempura.Next we ordered 4 different rolls. They were okay. The rice seems like it wasn’t properly marinated, the amount of rice on the rolls were excessive, and lastly the rice was over cooked. The rice was very mushy. Hopefully it wasn’t old rice they microwaved as it tends to make the rice extremely soft and loses a lot of the rice vinegar flavor.Overall, I would not recommend this place nor would I go back a second time."

"Rare find in Upstate New York. The sashimi was so fresh and well prepared. The salmon was buttery and almost melted in my mouth. Their fatty tuna was equally delicious. While their sushi and sashimi are my favorite by far, their other dishes are equally wonderful. Everything I have eaten there is fresh and high quality, I recommend their coconut yellow curry, the vegetable version is my favorite, but the chicken one is delicious as well. Can't miss if you are in the mood for some delicious Asian food."

"nice atmosphere, lots of couples and families. the wait isn’t bad. garlic edamame was delicious, very garlicky for garlic lovers. the hot and sour soup was a little disappointing, extremely hot (temperature) and was a sort of egg drop soup with lots of bell peppers. the miso soup was what you would expect and very good. sushi rolls (maki) were delicious and we took home leftovers. the sake is 1/2 price on mondays for a bottle (which is like 1/3 of the volume of a normal bottle of wine). we enjoyed ourselves and would come back if in the area. "I have been dining at Wasabi since it first opened. I recently read a scathing review about someone who eaten there one time and sent the food back and demanded a refund. I am shocked that some would send food back at wasabi. I’ve been eating there for over 16 years and have never and I mean NEVER had a bad meal there. The food is always over the finest quality and cook to perfection. I personally always order sushi, but my husband orders other dishes and has never been disappointed. For one complaining person, there are hundreds of us who will continue to dine wasabi and enjoy the food they have to offer! I for one give it a 10 stars! Kid-friendliness: We have taken our grandchildren there and they always enjoy it."

"This was my first time at this location and was looking for some hibachi style food… you know where they cook it in front of you. Well as soon as we walked in we realized they didn’t do that but we sat down anyways.. we had already been to another hibachi place that was closed and we weren’t gonna keep looking for somewhere to eat… anyways.. the food was horrible and the service wasn’t that great at all. It took forever for anyone to come to the table when we were seated and there was only one other customer in the entire restaurant.. the food taste like it was frozen and then cooked. It had no flavor.. if it hadn’t have been for the “Yum Yum” sauce I wouldn’t have been able to eat my food. It was that nasty. My friend got chicken and scallops hibachi bento and the scallops were so chewy and over cooked. The dinner portion of my rice was the same as the lunch portion bento box. When I tried to say something to server she was talking over me and wasn’t even listening. My daughter ordered the shrimp and fried noodles and she drenched it in sauce so she could eat it. I didn’t even want to pay for my food, I hate complaining about the food after I’ve already ordered what I plan to eat but I probably should have sent the whole table of food back.. none of us liked it.. and won’t be going back. Such a waste of my money and time. So disappointing."
