I assume someone must have taken a break or something? Regardless, she was doing an excellent job getting everything out as quickly as possible and keeping everything organized. "the absolutely best vegan pho I ever had. I don't eat mushrooms or tweak and the Bambooozled model is very easy to customize and offers this! they also have several other vegan options with which they can not go wrong. amazing rolling! As Tampa natives, I can really say it won't be better than that. the ambiente is also fantastic and even its water tastes refreshing with a light mint/basket note on it."

"During my recent visits to this restaurant, I have been somewhat disappointed by the fact that one of the cooks consistently wears their mask below their chin, essentially rendering it useless. However, I did enjoy trying some of the new menu items and found the food to be tasty. The standout part of my experience was the exceptional service provided by a young man named Domingo, who I have seen several times. Domingo is very helpful, pleasant, and always wears his mask properly. It is evident that he often has to handle multiple tasks, such as taking orders and clearing tables, as he does not always have assistance. Overall, it seems that the restaurant may be understaffed at times."

"changes are required. the food is being cooked awfully here. in plastic bowls. every fried dish smells like fish because I guess they don't change their oil. the barley dishes were prefabricated and stabbed. there are loud trailer parking all the time from the kitchen area. supposed to be a restaurant, not my name is ohrl. pesticidal wei, when there was a new chain had amazing food, actual teller, etc. the honeyseat chicken originally was crispy fried chicken, which was drowned with honey sauce on a bed of crispy rice straws on a genuine plate with cloth serviette. what I got last week was soggy sugar-coated chicken, which tasted fishy in a doggy dress, and it costs as much as pchangs, could also go to pchangs."

"My sister gave me some coupons, and I had previously visited Pei Wei in Winter Garden. After reading the reviews, I was a bit unsure if the Altamonte Springs location would measure up and provide a decent takeout meal. When I arrived around 7:30 PM, the place wasn’t busy at all. I looked over the menu and made my selections. The cashier took my order, but then she stepped away from the register. Meanwhile, other staff members assisted customers who were picking up their orders. The food was prepared fairly quickly, and it smelled hot and fresh all the way home. I ordered the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken with noodles and the Spicy Korean BBQ Steak with brown rice. The Thai Coconut Curry Chicken was creamy and flavorful, with just the right hint of spice from the curry. The Spicy Korean BBQ Steak was definitely spicy, which I loved. Overall, the food was great, and the spice level was just right."

"This is our second experience with the same issue of the order wrong and the Staff being rude about it like it was my problem that it was wrong when the person at the register enters it wrong.Both times I have ordered 2 gluten free sweet and sour chicken with no veggies and white rice. Order comes out and there is one with veggies and one without. I inform them that it is wrong and they tell me that's how I ordered it. Person at register will say oh I entered it wrong, meanwhile the person packing the orders will still act like it's my problem while rolling her eyes at me about it.Pei Wei used to be good and good service and now the food is good and their service is terrible. Really sad. You have officially lost a customer after giving a second chance. I won't do business with rude service."

"I am a fan of Pei Wei and will be going there for lunch tomorrow. My wife and I recently visited and both ordered the Pei Wei Spicy Chicken Salad. We like to customize it by asking for the chicken to be steamed and the dressing on the side. The sauce used to cook the chicken is flavorful enough for me, so I didn't need the extra dressing. We also enjoyed the edamame as an appetizer, you can never go wrong with edamame. Surprisingly, I also really liked their Orange Infused Iced Tea, which comes with orange slices to enhance the flavor. I wish I could just eat at restaurants and review them for a living because I get hungry every time I think about the delicious food at Pei Wei."

One person in our group ordered a lettuce wrap, which came deconstructed without any warning, so most of her meal was just a chunk of iceberg lettuce. I had the orange chicken, which was mostly white rice—about three-quarters of the dish. I think I’ll stick to Panda Express next time; at least you know what to expect there. "I come here often because I love the vegetable spring rolls. Today, I came here and a lady was in the food prep area with no hair net and no hat. This is very unusual for a restaurant. When I asked the woman shouldn't she have some type of hair covering she said no because she wasn't with the food and then proceeded to prepare my food??Why does she not need hair covering but preparing food? This is so different than any other restaurant and I've worked in restaurants for over 10 years. Don't think I will be back here since they don’t know proper food preparation practices."
