I absolutely love this restaurant in Tempe, AZ. The food is consistently fantastic, and I am always pleased with whatever dish I choose. The servers are attentive and friendly, making for a great dining experience.

The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding, as is the customer service. I always enjoy bringing my family and friends here because the employees truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

Apparently, 15 minutes is the length of time one can stay on hold to place an order before they just hang up on you. Twice. I never had the chance to even place my order. Headed somewhere else for dinner, where the customer service is better. View menu

delivery via the pei wei web page. an article was missing, was instructed by my order confirmation by email to contact the load. the load had no idea how to spend a refund. So if they are wrong or lacking order, they are out of luck! never eat or order pei wei again.

This was the first time trying this place. I definitely will be going back. The Mongolian Steak was on point! The Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps were also good similar to p.f. changs. Lastly, I like the Chicken Fried Rice next Ill request smaller pieces of chicken and cooked well done, they were in big chunks.

the host james (quality tied with dreads to) is very unprofessional and rude. he saw us waiting for someone here when we were not here b4 and decided to jump over us and take other people who showed up after us. then we asked and he gave attitude. do not deny coming back here. not so hard to be professional at work. I get his frustrating, between cooking and be lazy, but no reason to take it on people who buy food from them and no reason to keep View menu

I must say, this place was delicious! To start off with the Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps, they were great and tasty, but if you want really good ones I recommend from CPK. The Chicken Dumplings were very smooth, but nothing to spontaneous. Nothing really stood out about them, but they were good! Let me tell you now, the Thai Donuts, are the BEST thing ever!! Buy them right now, they taste exactly like the cinnamon delights from taco bell, but crispier! I recommend them so much, they are the best thing ever! But the Dasani Bottled Water , is water..

we love pei weis eating, but the service at this place has dropped off from a cliff. we always pick up our orders and the last number of paintings we ordered, there is never someone who works the takeout counter so that they simply pick up their food from the cubes. there is always something lacking or wrong and sometimes several items lacking. they can call the load, but the phone rings simply and rings so that they try to correct the problem via the mobile app, I think it is only the sad condition of that the customer service is no longer a concern through this operation

This is our second experience with the same issue of the order wrong and the Staff being rude about it like it was my problem that it was wrong when the person at the register enters it wrong.Both times I have ordered 2 gluten free sweet and sour chicken with no veggies and white rice. Order comes out and there is one with veggies and one without. I inform them that it is wrong and they tell me that's how I ordered it. Person at register will say oh I entered it wrong, meanwhile the person packing the orders will still act like it's my problem while rolling her eyes at me about it.Pei Wei used to be good and good service and now the food is good and their service is terrible.
