"Applebees is my restaurant! You have so many different options to choose for all different types of taste buds! The appetizers, dinners and even deserts! Also, you can't go wrong with one of their $1 or $5 drinks they have! Since giving the menu was definitely taken a notch, but I still go here because I love to see this business and they still have amazing food options to choose!"

"First time coming here with friends in a while. We were all hungry and ready to have a good time. We get seated in a cramped section, our drink order is taken fairly quickly but from there, it all went downhill. Our drinks took over 10 minutes to arrive, only one alcoholic beverage, the rest were fountain drinks. The server put down the tray with drinks on it and walked away. We removed the drinks ourselves and shortly after he threw (not an exaggeration) legitimately threw straws on the table and said he would be back shortly. 8 minutes go by, we’ve been sitting here for nearly 20 minutes and no food order taken. At this point we decided to cut our loses and just pay for drinks. The server acted confused but as I observed, clearly treated other patrons with slightly more respect. We went to the diner down the road and the customer service was immediately better than this Applebees. I’d avoid"

"Yesterday, my wife and I were looking for some comfort food for lunch and stopped at this Applebees near our home. I ordered chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes, and mushrooms and onions sautéed in garlic butter sauce. My wife had the same dish with steak instead of the chicken and shrimp. These were exactly the dishes we were looking for in our desire for comfort food. Every item in our entrées was cooked perfectly. I normally think of Applebees as just OK, but this was one of the best meals I've had in a long time at ANY restaurant. I commend the chef and hope he or she is on duty when we return for our next meal."

"I went to this restaurant to meet up with a friend I hadn't seen in months. We sat down and ordered $5 seltzer drinks. The server tried to convince us to order margaritas instead, but we declined and stuck with our original order. After waiting for 10 minutes without our drinks arriving, the server came back and asked if we wanted to place a food order. We gave our order, but then the server returned 10 minutes later to inform us that we couldn't be served any alcohol. When I asked why, the server simply said that the manager had made the decision. Despite not having consumed any alcohol, we were told we couldn't be served. When the manager, Greg, came over, he also insisted that we had already had too much to drink, even though we had not. No explanation was given for the refusal of service, and we ended up waiting for 30 minutes without being served anything. The whole ordeal was witnessed by others in the bar, making me feel embarrassed and humiliated. The unprofessionalism of manager Greg and the staff has left me with no desire to ever return to this Applebee's. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would."

"There was no wait for seating and ample parking available. The young man who greeted us was new but attentive. The menu offered a wide selection of burgers, ribs, and other dishes. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, with my chicken being particularly tender. It had been a while since my last visit to Applebee's before the pandemic, and I noticed that the atmosphere had changed - it felt a bit dull. "We came for lunch Dec 26th the service was terrible. We ordered coffee and Bailey's and our server brought us beers we sent those back and ask for our Bailey's our waitress brought the coffee but 20 minutes later when she brought the Bailey's our coffee was cold and she never offered fresh coffee.Our meal was French onion soup which was bland the four cheese macaroni with the chicken breast and and appetizer platter the platter was good but when she served my macaroni she said she forgot the sauce that went over it and she would bring it right out another 20 minute wait and more cold food I asked for a manager who told me I was wrong that the sauce came on my meal. I told her that wasn't what my server told me. She took the macaroni off my ticket so we ended up paying $41.26 for a messed up snack.Thanks Applebee's we thought you were better than this."

"This restaurant has changed a lot with new workers ect, in the last 5 months not only have I or someone I know order food for pick up and when we pick up bag has our name ect sometimes we are running late from lunch at work or heading home so we forget to look in bag because we expect things to be right well it never is I have had to drive back 3x to get the right order the last time I went was a week ago the manager was fighting with customers and a worker food and plates where all over the floor and due to their fighting of course everyone's order was bagged wrong and we wasted gas coming back to get order correct the waiter was nice he apologized but management needs to do better with employees.Vegetarian options: Veggie skilletsKid-friendliness: Kids menu with coloring book.Parking: Lots of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking."

"One of my favorite places to eat. I work in the same vicinity and I've going there for years. I'm in here every week or every other week. The food is great and the drinks are great. Love their new Honey Pepper sauce. That's my go to when I can't decide what to get. Try the Hennessy Sour or the Amaretto Sour if you don't want something strong. Did I mention they serve breakfast? Yup! Steak and Potatoes, Medium Well. Eggs however you like them and top it off with a Mimosa. You can't go wrong. The staff and management team are the friendliest around."

"The food was good however upon ordering drinks they brought us 2 items that we didn’t order that cost more and they never offered to rectify the problem even when brought it to their attention. The server was nice but knew nothing about the menu items and did nothing to fix any of her mistakes. When we asked to substitute a vegetable for a potato item they ended up charging us for both items instead of substituting it. All in all the drinks we received were disappointing as they were not what we ordered. The food was good but the server could definitely use some extra training as when we pointed out the discrepancies she smiled and walked off. I have never given a two star review before but because the food was good kept them from receiving a one star. Overall this experience was disappointing especially for a Mother’s Day."

"Great staff service (for such a busy holiday evening). I went inside to pick up a phone order instead of using curbside pickup (which is super nice btw) and didn't wait in line long to inform them of my purpose for being there which resulted in explicit directions where to meet the pick up order waitress. My order was bright out very promptly and the transaction was quick and easy. To fast for my taste, as I love to linger with my fresh hot food... Lol, anyway, great service and the food was Applebee's style! There's are reason we go there folks ?. Btw, just for a bonus if you've actually read this far. Applebee's is a fun place to enjoy food, games, company, and channels of many types of cool sports from all around the world. The music on this night was probably a lil too loud because I couldn't hear the toilet flush or the tune I'd already had in my head when I walked into the bathroom but it was fine because I liked that song too (as I literally laughed out loud in my stall)...true story. Happy Valentine's day everyone!"

"After waiting for at least 10 minutes, he finally returned to take our orders, which included an appetizer and the same two entrees. The appetizer, the Classic Combo, was delivered by a runner (not our waiter) and was excellent. However, it was only a short time later that our entrees were brought out by the same runner and the hostess. Unfortunately, the entrees were cold. It seemed they had been prepared at the same time as the appetizer but left sitting in the kitchen while we enjoyed our appetizer. Throughout our meal, not once did anyone come by our table to check in on us or ask if we needed anything. The service was disappointing and so was the quality of the entrees. We settled the bill using the app, asked the hostess for a to-go box for the leftover appetizer, and left. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to revisit this restaurant."
