Applebee's - Menu

Worst Applebees I have ever been too. No Alfredo sauce on Alfredo pasta, wings completely dipped in hot sauce that you can’t dare to eat. This place need to look into their process. I would definitely AVOID this place!!

We were with our daughter 3 grandkids. 2 enjoyed the boneless wings. 1 enjoyed bourbon chicken shrimp. My husband ate part of the crispy chicken bacon. He left some chicken because it was thick rubbery. My chicken tender salad was good.

Photo should say enough about their food… Their $5 margarita deal or whatever is ALL sugar and blue curaçao. Otherwise, we had a lovely waitress that evening. Tried for the old celebrity discount since my grad pic is on the wall and has been for the last decade but sadly to no avail. Oh well. View menu

I am never disappointed at Applebee's; and, I enjoy my senior discount. I like everything I've had on the menu from burgers, chicken tacos, chicken fingers, etc. to Asiago Steak and the Oriental Salad. The desserts are to die for and the drinks--alcoholic and non-alcoholic--are all good. I often get the 2 for $26 dinners to go. Applebee's to go orders are as good as the dinners served in the restaurant. I will continue to frequent Applebee's for special events or if I just don't feel like cooking.

We have visited this restaurant a few times and each time we have encountered issues with our meals. During our most recent visit, I ordered wings with garlic sauce on the side, but I was brought boneless wings instead. The sauce was served ice cold and after two attempts, it was finally brought out warm but was greasy. My husband's quesadillas were also cold. The food quality at this restaurant is consistently poor, which has discouraged us from returning. Despite giving it multiple chances, we have decided it is time to move on and dine elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I arrived at the restaurant on a Sunday night a little after 10 pm, hoping to have some appetizers and drinks. Unfortunately, the server seemed uninterested when we asked if it was too late for appetizers. After a few minutes, we were eventually seated but then waited for 10 minutes without a server coming to our table. Frustrated by the poor attitude and service, we left hungry and disappointed. This was not the first time we experienced such issues at this restaurant. We enjoy the half-priced appetizers and drinks, but the consistently bad service is disheartening. Hostess made our party of 3 wait for 15 minutes when there were clearly many open tables. When I asked about them she was not helpful. Service was slow, food barely room temperature... restaurant was not very busy. My daughter got a chicken salad with balsamic dressing. It tasted off... we got her a different meal. When I spoke with the manager he told me that the balsamic dressing gets funky . He blamed the staff for his own shortcomings. Called our waitress (Heather) ditzy. This will be our final attempt to dine at Applebees... any Applebees anywhere. We have had multiple issues with multiple Applebees in our area. Not a pleasant experience.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is clean and family-friendly. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The "All you can eat" option should be called "Ya'll can wait" as there have been multiple instances where I waited over 20 minutes for a simple burger or wings, even when the restaurant was not busy. It seems like they purposely take a long time to serve the food in order to discourage customers from ordering too much. Additionally, asking for condiments can add an extra 10+ minutes to your wait time, or you may have to ask multiple times. First time coming here with friends in a while. We were all hungry and ready to have a good time. We get seated in a cramped section, our drink order is taken fairly quickly but from there, it all went downhill. Our drinks took over 10 minutes to arrive, only one alcoholic beverage, the rest were fountain drinks. The server put down the tray with drinks on it and walked away. We removed the drinks ourselves and shortly after he threw (not an exaggeration) legitimately threw straws on the table and said he would be back shortly. 8 minutes go by, we’ve been sitting here for nearly 20 minutes and no food order taken.
