Applebee's Grill - Menu

This is one of my favorite spots. The portion sizes are smaller due to COVID-19 and they were short-staffed. The manager was busy counting cash as she had just arrived, but still managed to check on the employees. I had a pleasant experience and my server even offered to pack my leftovers to go.

this place is usually slow and eating is very warm. not very often we come in, but I like to try after a good waiting time to see if something has changed. this visit was after 9 o'clock and the service fast and the eating was hot. it is rare for me to give applebee a good review. I like to eat her if it did right, this visit was a good one.

This is the 3rd time I have done curbside to go. I placed my order an hour and a half early. I sat out in my car 20 minutes longer than the time I selected. Went inside to get my food and have been still having to wait for my food. This is the last time I do this as I've seen even before so many other people drive up and leave almost immediately. This visit was exceptional. Our server Alissa was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also very attentive. Our drinks were always filled, food came out promptly and tasted amazing. We ordered flatbreads, loaded potatoes, and loaded macaroni. Alissa deserves a lot of praise! Thank you so much. We are thrilled! We are huge Top Gun fans and loved the decor.

Again, Applebee's in Nixa served/delivered us an amazing meal!The chicken quesadilla app a meal in itself and best I've ever eaten! Bacon cheeseburgers, fries, prime rib dip, riblets all DELICIOUS! I am typically a big fan of Applebee's. I often order their grilled chicken tart salad at other locations, and it's always delicious. However, the one at this particular restaurant was disappointing. The chicken was pre-boiled, cold, chewy, and tough, rather than freshly grilled and served warm like I am used to. The service was good and the Bourbon Street dish was tasty as always, but the salad was not up to par. Overall, it left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended. View menu

My husband and I were there this past Saturday afternoon. We had a very good server she was wonderful but I can’t say much for the food, I am in the restaurant field myself so I know how things work, I had ordered the riblett plate they came out cold first go around she replaced them the second go around they were hot but I will have to say. I don’t know what happened with the ribletts but I started burping and belching and it went on for over 3 hours non stop. Probably closer to 4 hours. I have never in my life have anything like that at allLike I said the server was wonderful and I would want her again. Don’t remember her name food I was not impressed with at all. We will not be back.

Food was ok; service was good; restaurant interior and furnishings need a refresh. Interior is dingy: look at the carpet, look at the ceiling and then sit in one of those uncomfortable booths where the cushions have surpassed their life expectancy. A half-hour of sitting in one of them will make you saddle sore Food ok; perhaps a bit greasy expensive. I know that the cost of doing business has increased substantially; however, if you're going to increase your prices substantially, you need to provide a little something extra to the customer. Great staff service (for such a busy holiday evening). I went inside to pick up a phone order instead of using curbside pickup (which is super nice btw) and didn't wait in line long to inform them of my purpose for being there which resulted in explicit directions where to meet the pick up order waitress. My order was bright out very promptly and the transaction was quick and easy. To fast for my taste, as I love to linger with my fresh hot food...
