"Once we received our food and started driving away, we realized there was no straw for my husband's soda, nor any cream or sugar for my coffee. Additionally, we ordered three tacos but were given enough food for four; while an extra taco might not have been a problem, we paid for an additional taco that we didn't receive.
I called the manager to discuss the issue, and he offered for us to return either that day or another time. Since we were still in the area and needed a straw along with cream and sugar for our drinks, we decided to go back immediately. The manager not only replaced our entire order but also personally apologized for the employee’s rudeness and gave us a gift card for our next visit.
