"I called the restaurant and spoke with a very polite young woman who apologized for the mistake. She offered to replace my burgers if I returned to the restaurant, which is 23 miles from my home. I declined her offer to return that day since it was inconvenient for me. She kindly took down my name and phone number for when I placed my next order.
When I later called back to speak to the manager on duty, Paul, I explained the situation to him. To my surprise, he was unwilling to help and stated that it was my problem, insisting that I provide a receipt to prove what happened. He expressed disbelief, claiming they never make mistakes there. I was shocked by his unprofessional behavior. His assertion that I was lying about the incident was particularly frustrating. Why would a loyal customer, who orders frequently, and earns a solid income, have any reason to fabricate a story just to get free food?
As a result of this experience, I have decided that Breakfast Station in Zephyrhills, FL will not receive any more of my business, nor that of my family and friends."
