"Not usually a fan of French restaurants but had to try this given all hype. Went there for brunch. Got the puff and eggs and the omelette. The omelette and the bread were nothing to rave about but the puff pastry with eggs was amazing. Not much else for vegetarians. For dessert we got the creme brûlée which was amazing. Frankly, it might be a good spot for non vegetarians but as a vegetarian this restaurant was pretty average."

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first few orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"Beautifully delicious evening! We have been to Mirabelle Tavern occasionally over the years and each time it doesn't disappoint. The venue is so beautiful and romantic. I didn't have high expectations for my Duck Duo because usually when I order duck it is underwhelming. However, this dish was ridiculously delicious and probably the best duck I ever had. Hubby ordered a steak special and while it looked like your basic 'steak, potatoes broccoli' it tasted incredible and had quite and original flavor that was fantastic. Our server was so sweet and attentive which surprised us considering all the complaints about low staff in restaurants these days. Looking forward to our next visit"

"I just wandered onto a review of this restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on Vickers. I used to work there many many years ago late 90’s (I know I’m biased) and wanted to a share my thoughts on Arturo and his legacy. After many years of thought and experience,I tip my cap to that great restaurant man and his family. Honestly it wasn’t all one man and it rarely is… but that family knew what it took to be successful and they have clearly carried on the tradition. For those of you who have a place where they are known as “regulars”… you know what I’m referring to…. Places like this create a sense of family of which you are a member… from employee to customer… we were all family. I was a “goomba” but that was huge!!! Huge cap tip to the Vickers folks for keeping the tradition of fine dining alive."

"The Pink Cabana is lovely. However…… We made a reservation for 4 of us at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was was almost completely empty with servers just standing around. The VERY unfriendly Hostess told us that we couldn’t sit at one of the MANY open tables but had to sit at the bar. The other option she gave us was to sit around the fire pits. It was lightly raining outside and there were no chairs available at the fire pits. Just because we were having drinks and NOT dinner, she would not seat us at a table. Why? Do the servers not want to make money? Does the restaurant want to look pitifully empty? We reluctantly agreed to sit at the bar and a few more people came in the restaurant in the same situation as us-just wanting a cocktail. So that led to eventually many people crammed around the bar asking one bartender for drinks. A bar back then came to help but the whole situation was just awkward and unnecessary. We left after having one drink. Who’s to say if the Hostess would have just allowed people to sit at one of the many empty tables, we would have ordered more drinks, an appetizer, and then stayed for dinner? On their Open Table page, it says that there is a minimum $50 per person food and beverage charge from 5-8:30 pm. Terrible policy! It puts the Hostess in an awkward position by having to tell people about their ridiculous policy and guests getting angry and feeling awkward-and meanwhile, the restaurant remains empty."

"It’s one of my new favorite spots. The ambiance is inviting and has a ton of natural lighting. It really does transport you to a local cafe in Paris. I ordered the mussels as an appetizer, however, it’s a large enough portion to just order as an entree. I usually order mussels a lot whenever I see them offered on a menu, so I know a good dish of this when I taste it. And these were amazing. They are now my favorite mussels in the city. And the fries, that came as a side, were crisp and salty— also very good. For an entree I got the eggs Norwegian. It’s an egg Benedict with smoked salmon as the protein. The poached eggs had a good hollandaise sauce and were cooked to have the perfect run/ooze. The smoked salmon was fresh. I’d get this again too. Basically, I’m coming back."

"Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. Our teenage kids weren't in many nice restaurants and they loved the creative starters, especially the homemade croutons on the Caesar salad, delicious! We all had very good meals and were too full for dessert, which is unfortunate because I have eaten the chocolate bread pudding with Baileys before and it is divine! There are so many tasty options and we enjoyed the scallops as well as the duck, key lime chicken and the flank. You can't go wrong!"

"First time dining a Zinque and it was a real pleasure. Came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was excellent, I had the steak and frites and my husband, whose a big burger fan, ordered the burger. We finished the meal with the flourless chocolate cake. Everything was very delicious and not expensive for what we got. The restaurant itself has great atmosphere, lots of heaters to keep you warm and a great view of the bay. Highly recommend this restaurant."

"I enjoyed this super friendly store as much during the pandemic as I had before at its other locations! In fact it was now much easier to make a choice of their exquisite wholesome organic breads without having to sit down, or even waiting at the counter. We chose a delicious cranberries-nut twist called Spelt and Quinoa Scone at $4.50 and half a loaf of Super Seed Bread made at the bakery of buckwheat and corn flower with variety of seeds at $9. We asked the bread sliced and few slices toasted (moderately, not crispy) to enjoy warm bread. My husband added regular house coffee served w/organic cream and whole milk, $2.50."

"I got overcharged and never refunded. I ordered 4 things so the total should have been around $50, but got charged almost double. I called and explained what happened, and the manager said they will call me back. They never did. It?s been almost 2months and no one has called me even though I called multiple times. Every time they ask for a name and number, and will promiseyou they will call you back the same day. They never do. Instead, the manager will give you attitude for being upset for beingovercharged and will waste your time. Looked at the other reviews and now it makes sense. Food is also mediocre and not worthit. Don?t be fooled by the nice location. Only good if you like being overcharged and having your time wasted. "However, each dish comes with a side salad, which is usually decent, but today the salad served with my Mushroom Goat Cheese Omelet had ROTTING LETTUCE. It was so bad that I found large pieces of mushy greens that fell apart in my fingers. The Belgian waffle with fruit isn’t fresh either. The waffles are prepackaged and available for individual sale at the register when you go in; they simply add cream and berries. Although still tasty, they are over-priced compared to what you get on the menu. The Mixed Berry Tart was INEDIBLE. This is one of my favorite desserts, and they should be embarrassed: the fruit was ROTTING. It was definitely not fresh—the strawberries were BROWN in the middle and had a rubbery texture with brown patches on the outside. The tart crust was stale. It was just disgusting. I shared photos with customer service and received a refund."

Came here for lunch/brunch today and the food was fabulous I went with the eggs benedict and the home fries are crisped to perfection, the english muffin toasted and buttered to everyone's delight, and the brioche french toast was light and airy with the freshest berries! The service was wonderful and the atmosphere incredibly cozy the host was kind and welcoming and our server, Pete, was great! The coat check was a nice plus for a blustery day.
