"After waiting 15 minutes in a small line for just two coffees—having decided against ordering food due to the unsanitary practices and the constant sniffing and coughing from the two servers—your discomfort only grows as you observe the waitstaff, who seem more interested in chatting about their mistakes with other customers' orders. The atmosphere is unsettling, especially when you notice that the staff isn't wearing gloves during any food preparation. They repeatedly touch their body parts, handle money, and then prepare customers' food without a second thought.
The cleaning cloths used by the staff are wiped on espresso and milk steaming machines, then moved to the counters without being rinsed in between. We couldn't understand how the health department hasn't paid them a visit to provide some guidance to their young staff. This experience has left us feeling that we won’t be returning. Thankfully, there are plenty of other coffee shops in the area to choose from!
As for vegetarian options, they were right next to the coagulated chicken salad sandwiches in the same display case."
