Small portion, my coworker got the wrong order, and many things online are no longer offered in store like the fig and brie baguette.

“There’s a 0 next to nitro cold brew, we obviously don’t do that anymore.” the keerl on the theke has such an arrangement that I can’t believe that this place is in business until.

Love this place instantly! The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because they are so friendly and chatty it makes them a little disorganized. But you can really tell they know what they are doing. There coffee is so good! View menu

The staff at this restaurant, led by Yes Ha, is amazing. They make sure that all customers feel welcome and valued. The menu has many options and the atmosphere is perfect for both working and relaxing while people-watching. I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful coffee shop with an inviting atmosphere, comfortable seating (a huge plus in my book and friendly, helpful employees! Ja Ha Funches was a shining example of one of the most friendly and helpful employees I have run across after having spent time in many coffee shops. Thank you Ja Ha!

The DUSTY AF shelves really add to the unlived in attic atmosphere. Ordered the tomato and egg breakfast roll. Was given a bacon egg and cheese roll. I don’t eat pork!!!! When I tried to call the store, the answering machine said they were closed temporarily and they “sometimes” check their main office number if I want to leave a message there. Maybe just let your guest know you’re sold out of an item instead of assuming they won’t care about another sandwich.

The morning staff at this Caffe Nero are absolutely amazing, they deserve 11 out of 10 stars! They are incredibly friendly and cheerful, remembering names and preferences of their customers to make their coffee experience truly delightful. I enjoy starting my day with a hot cup of delicious coffee roast from this location on West Broadway. Despite dealing with a diverse clientele from Southie, the staff remains gracious and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. Don't hesitate to visit this Caffe Nero, you won't be disappointed!

Southie seems to have a reputation for not being friendly to people who look like the reviewer, but they choose to remain positive and still visit the restaurant despite unpleasant experiences.
