"The sushi was fantastic. Did not expect it to crush like it did. We got the Sunday buy 3 get 1 free sushi roll special. You get a lot of really great sushi and a reasonable price even without the special. They also have some great lunch specials 2 rolls with soup or salad for $10.50. 3 rolls for $14. The service was excellent and friendly. What an awesome find North of Hwy 10. The decor is not fancy, real basic and low key but clean. But don't let that fool you. Enjoyed the food and service greatly. And would rather they keep it this way and the prices reasonable. Thanks."

"The other dish we tried was the Jawad Grill Combo, which offered a nice variety. It included generous chunks of meat, onions, and green peppers served over yellow rice. As for the side salad, it nicely represented the Greek/American/Mediterranean cuisine, mainly consisting of iceberg lettuce, fresh onions, a few tomato slices, and olives. Instead of Kalamata olives, there were Californian black olives and spicy, whole green olives in the Eastern style. Everything we tasted reminded us of the Middle Eastern restaurants we've visited on Central Avenue, but this place is much closer to home. We're definitely planning to come back!"

"It started as a good experience; service was good, nice ambiance next to the fire, etc. That is until we felt like we were a burden to the restaurant. Starting at 8pm they started making it clear that they were ready to close the restaurant. Keep in mind, on their hours it states they close at 10pm. They turned the lights on bright from dim, they were tearing down the kitchen loudly, they turned off the music and the service staff was staring at us. The manager even shouted across the restaurant “we are locking the doors in 10 minutes.” All before 10pm. We still had drinks that we hadn’t finished when he said this. I have worked in restaurants for years and the customer service here was deplorable. Quality service is so important to the dining experience, otherwise patrons would just get takeout. We must not be the only people that have had this experience because there were no more than 20 guests at any given time in the restaurant. I will not be back and most importantly I will not be recommending Kendall’s to anyone."

"Our family came for supper. Unfortunately our French fries were thicker than our burger patties. I had the bbq bacon burger, but could have had more beef from a McDonald's burger. My wife had a salad that looked like a sad attempt at a fast food chain salad. There was a dash of iceberg lettuce, maybe a garnish of cheese and a sad dollop of chicken for the protein. This restaurant has taken a turn for the worst. I wouldn't come here unless I enjoyed overpriced 2 4 1s. Inflation is high and this establishment is reducing their portions to accommodate. I'll go to a competitor from now on. I'll never come back here again. Ultimately, if you want the world's smallest burger patty on a bun. This is the place for you...otherwise check the mcdonalds that's right across the way..."
