"When it came time to pay, the young man told me that my card was declined. I have a company card with a high limit, and he attempted to process it three times without success. This is actually the second time this has happened to me at this location. Instead of being straightforward about not wanting to sell me the donuts, they claimed my card couldn't be processed. Frustrated, I went to Dunkin' instead and spent $100 without any issues or negativity. The staff at this donut shop were rude and clearly uninterested in making a sale. I won’t be returning and hope the owner will consider training their employees to be more courteous and attentive to customers."

"This is truly the best coffee you can find anywhere! Their bagels and breakfast sandwiches are fantastic as well. When you use the drive-thru, you’ll be in and out in no time! Unlike other places that give their coffee elaborate names and charge you a fortune for a small cup, here you can get an extra-large coffee for just a couple of dollars. It's always fresh, consistently great, and I promise you it’s more effective at waking you up than any other coffee or energy drink out there! They really care about their customers! The staff is very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious! If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend getting an extra-large double-double (two sugars and two creams), or if you’re feeling a bit sleepy that morning, a triple-triple will definitely keep you energized until lunch! The sausage, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel is tasty and very satisfying! Give this Canadian gem a try—you won’t regret it!"

"I was disappointed to find that the restaurant did not have several of the items listed on their menu. I attempted to order some sandwiches, only to be informed that they were not available, despite being listed on the menu. I do not fault the employees for this issue, but I do believe that if a dish is consistently unavailable, it should be removed from the menu. The overall service was decent, with a rating of 4 out of 5, as was the atmosphere with a rating of 4 out of 5. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food received a rating of 3 out of 5."

"The first 3 items we ordered were discontinued, even though they were still being advertised on the menu screen. Our bagel was cut into fourths, the cream cheese was stuffed into the hole of the bagel instead of spread on the bagel. I was charged for an extra specialty drink, and upon explaining this at the pick up window, I was told that “we can’t change it, so we’ll just have to make the drink for you.” The iced Capps we ordered had NO whipped cream, despite my clear instruction to make sure it was included. My honey crueler was frozen, and there was no buttercream or Carmel added to the buttercream caramel drink that I had ordered. The employees were rude, inconsiderate, and unqualified to run a lemonade stand, let alone a fast food restaurant. Tim Hortons as a franchise is fantastic, and almost all of my experiences with them have been excellent, but the Owosso location is consistently poor, both in quality and service."

"I stopped by this Tim Hortons location before heading to the office to pick up some chocolate Tim Bits, since you all know I have a soft spot for donuts and I had a coupon on my Timmy's app. So, before anyone judges, just know I've had a tough week, okay? Mind your own business! Anyway, this place was bustling during the morning rush, as it's located downtown and always busy. Despite the chaos, the staff was friendly. The dining area was clean and well-lit. The cashier greeted me with a lovely smile, even though I could tell she was feeling a bit exhausted. I really appreciated her kindness. While I waited for my order, I overheard another guest loudly commenting to her partner about how the store seemed short-staffed. I chimed in, saying, "It's rush hour," which she agreed with, and that sparked a friendly conversation among the three of us, which made me smile. When the cashier handed me my order, she flashed an even bigger smile this time. I thanked her and also expressed my gratitude to the other two guests for the nice chat, wishing them well for the day. I really wish I had caught the cashier's name so I could thank her personally for her patience and for being such an integral part of this community."

"I wish I could give a better review, but I went to Tim Hortons on Gratiot in Marysville with a blind friend who can't drive, around 9pm on 6/27/23 hoping to order some food, walked in the lobby, and was told the lobby was closed and to go to the drive through, but when I pulled around to the drive through, that was closed too. The menu was off and closed for the night . The posted hours says Tim's is open till 10pm, so I was highly disappointed. Service: 2"

"Honestly, I initially thought the place was closed, but when I spoke to someone through the speaker, I was warmly greeted by a very friendly employee who offered me some large coffee options! I decided to try the new pumpkin spice latte, and it was fantastic! I had never had one before, and I also got a chocolate doughnut, which was incredible! "Roaches! The manager is incredibly toxic and rude, constantly yelling at employees who are doing their best in a tough environment. I even saw someone tip the staff $20 out of sympathy when I picked up a to-go order. It's hard to imagine how the team can maintain a positive attitude to greet customers given these conditions. Most of the reviews about rude employees likely stem from management destroying the team's morale. As someone who is passionate about the food service industry and exceptional customer service—even when dealing with an angry boss—I know that it's nearly impossible to smile in that kind of situation. Back-end issues should never be this evident to customers. It's not fair to expect low-wage employees to cover for management or to just hide the problems better. Those who are paid so little deserve to have a supportive boss and a work environment that fosters gratitude. It's not the team's fault if they're feeling down in a situation like this; they're just trying to get through each day with less yelling. The manager's behavior is not managing; it’s more like an immature tantrum in place of actual leadership and problem-solving skills. I stopped coming here because I've heard the turnover is high, largely because the owners have refused to fire her for years. She needs to grow up, and the owner needs to find the courage to replace her. Whatever you’re paying management, it's clearly too much for such unprofessional behavior. On a positive note, they do offer oat, soy, coconut, and almond milk, so there are good dairy-free options. However, that doesn't matter if they can't even get your order right. Nothing can make up for this kind of poor management."
