Horrible do not waste you're time. They have 5 plus workers which are not helping no one inside for over 20 minutes. You will waste you're time, likely ran out of whatever you want by 1pm anyway!

The café had a lovely ambiance, and the young woman who took our order was polite and respectful. The coffee was tasty, and the food was served hot and delicious. The chairs were comfortable, and I have no complaints at all. View menu

Enjoying the berry smoothie and chocolate-dipped donut at Tim Hortons in Monroe, Michigan, was a delightful experience for my taste buds and spirit. Ordered an iced latte and had to wait abt 5 minutes for it (no big deal normally) and when the woman gave it to me she said “sorry for the wait, they thought it was supposed to be hot.” and shut the window promptly. We drove off, since the coffee was in a clear plastic cup with ice cubes visible we assumed they had remade the coffee so it wasn’t hot. I quickly realized that the cup was pretty warm, and the syrup was all melted pooled in the bottom. They obviously made the drunk hot and dumped it into a cold cup full of ice, and waited to hand it to us until it wasn’t scorching. The coffee is watered down and lukewarm with no whipped cream and the syrups all pooled at the bottom. Just really...

I stopped by this Tim Hortons location before heading to the office to pick up some chocolate Tim Bits, since you all know I have a soft spot for donuts and I had a coupon on my Timmy's app. So, before anyone judges, just know I've had a tough week, okay? Mind your own business! Anyway, this place was bustling during the morning rush, as it's located downtown and always busy. Despite the chaos, the staff was friendly. The dining area was clean and well-lit. The cashier greeted me with a lovely smile, even though I could tell she was feeling a bit exhausted. I really appreciated her kindness.
