I was doordashing for fun and was having a tough morning when I decided to get an iced cappuccino. Even though it was obvious I wasn't in the best mood, the staff provided me with the best customer service I've ever experienced. The place was very clean, and everyone was polite. You can really see that they work hard and take pride in what they do. View menu

I'm excited to finally return to Lansing with everyone. The drive-thru experience was very pleasant, with friendly staff. Although they didn’t have the pies I wanted, I chose my go-to vanilla cream pie and it didn't disappoint. I also tried the chicken soup, which really hit the spot. It may not be as good as Culver's, but it's definitely decent for fast food.

I visited a Tim Hortons for the first time, and overall, I enjoyed the experience. The food tasted great and was very reasonably priced. However, my hot coffee was served cold, the sweet tea was actually unsweetened, and the food was packed haphazardly into the bag, creating quite a mess. It was worth the visit and I would definitely go back again, but they should really pay more attention to these simple details.

I've always heard wonderful things about Timmys. I did not really enjoy my first time there. The donuts were good but I thought there'd be more options. Also trying to find the ingredients in your donuts is hard. My son has an allergy to red 40. Which is a dye in tons of foods and colored beauty products. So I asked the employees no one would even check they said it's on our site. Well its not that easy to find on the site I had to go to many other sites looking for anything on 1 donut. And still didn't find anything that would be justified as legitimate information. So in all, I'll be avoiding this place View menu

My mom visited the drive-thru to purchase some gift cards, but they informed her that she needed to come inside to complete the transaction. Once she was inside, she inquired about why she had to come in for the gift cards and what the difference was. The employee with blue hair shouted at her, accusing her of being rude, when she was simply asking a question. After that, my mom started chatting with another gentleman in the lobby. Clearly, the employee behind the counter didn’t understand the conversation and yelled at my mom again, telling her to stop being rude. The level of customer service these days is shockingly poor, and this employee should be held accountable for her behavior.

Placed online order. When I arrived, their machine was not working to make my wife's drink. Had to ask what could be made done for alternative. When I got home, our order was missing half of the items that we ordered. I tried calling to no answer so I left a message but still had to drive back to the store because of no call back. I arrived back at the store just to be told I could not receive my missing items because they stopped making them for the day. Again was not offered any alternative and could not do be given a refund because the manager had yet to arrive for the day. The team member took my number and said that the manager would call me with a resolution. I have yet to receive any...

The first 3 items we ordered were discontinued, even though they were still being advertised on the menu screen. Our bagel was cut into fourths, the cream cheese was stuffed into the hole of the bagel instead of spread on the bagel. I was charged for an extra specialty drink, and upon explaining this at the pick up window, I was told that “we can’t change it, so we’ll just have to make the drink for you.” The iced Capps we ordered had NO whipped cream, despite my clear instruction to make sure it was included. My honey crueler was frozen, and there was no buttercream or Carmel added to the buttercream caramel drink that I had ordered. The employees were rude, inconsiderate, and unqualified t... View menu
