"The food is average. The menu has not been updated in years. No greeter when you walk in, a small paper sign states to seat yourself but if you attempt to do so, usually an employee appears and not so kindly directs you where to sit. After you receive your food, you are lucky if the waitress refills your drink and the dinner rolls are cold and stale. The worst happens after you receive the check, which usually comes quickly: you are expected to take the check up to the cashier by the door where you are not asked how your meal was or even kindly greeted. The only thing they ask you is if you want to add a tip and when done they do not even say have a nice day or come again . This plays really bombs in customer service. It is those small things that make all the difference."

"I wish there was a way to give negative ratings because I had a terrible experience at Arby's. They messed up my entire order, and even when I went inside to resolve it, they still didn't give me what I originally ordered. After checking the bags, I noticed they took my incorrect order and set it aside to be served to the next customers. That is so unsanitary! On top of that, they acted as if the mistake was my fault when all I wanted was my order. They definitely need better training or a staff overhaul, especially the girl with green hair who had a really poor attitude!"

"Well deserved the 5 star .it was my wife's first time trying cajun food.I will humbly admit I am a chef by trade and well versed in the culinary arts with plenty room to grow with an unending knowledge with food out there..this place is amazing.I dint expect it to be so great.It was the totality of what it offered.First I called to inquire and to make sure they were open and if any there were any restrictions .The staff member i spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and professional.when we got there the place looked packed.we were quickly seated and loved we sat.Lulas was pleasant and it made us feel great being there. The staff was organized and confident. You guys have a great team.we ordered the fries appetizer to split and a salad for my wife to state.the fries and salad came out so fast we could not believe it. I told myself oh no the fries can't be right...oh boy was I wrong.The fries were perfect..HOT ,CRISP, THE CAJUN SEASONING WAS JUST PERFECT. Usually salads don't get much attention when prepared, but the salad was perfect ,,the mix greens were crisp and fresh, cold and beautifully presented appealingly to the eye.We decided to stay safe in ordering for my wife's sake so ordering thereill fried chicken dish that is reward winning and so well deserved. Chicken was very flavorful, hot and crisp.The greanbeans were to die for. The mashed potatoes could have been hot and creamier, but the garlic flavor profile was balanced perfectly. Good job.We tried the beignet for deserved and they were wonderful. Last but not least the service was amazing . Ms.Reilly was professional, attentive, positive and a great communicator. You get 1000 stars"

"We had a nice dinner here, but honestly, expected a little more based on the reputation. While our meals were both very tasty, the appetizer was a bit of a let down. We ordered the special, a crab stack salad. It came up with a few lump pieces of crab, two fried green tomatoes, and what was advertised as a pile of guacamole, turned out to be a very small smear of brown guac on top of one of the tomatoes. All this was loosely thrown on pile of mixed greens with no where near enough dressing to accompany it. Really, it was the incredibly small amount of brown guac that just kinda made the whole thing unappetizing, despite the friend green tomatoes and crab being very tasty. I would expect more from somewhere that is aiming to be a bit higher class. Other than that the experience was overall enjoyable, tho the service, while quick, felt very impersonal. I had informed them we were celebrating an anniversary when I made the reservation, but they made no mention of it during our visit. Why ask if you don't really care? Small criticisms in an what was otherwise a good meal, but not the 5 star experience I was hoping for."

"We had never heard of this place. It was 10 mins until close, and we had just rolled into town and needed some food. Big John's stood out as something different. The lady on the speaker was so nice and helped us navigate the menu. We got the 16 deluxe mushrooms and cheese. It was huge! We couldn't finish it.the meat was so tender and flavorful. We will go back the next time we see one! Service: Takeaway"
