"Went for takeout yesterday, first time in the place. Location is good with ample parking, but I was unsure about the free parking at the museum across the way, since the sign said permit parking only, so we parked in the street in front of the adjacent apartment building. Saw the dumpster that was out on the sidewalk. I know someone wrote a negative review about that dumpster, but it was nowhere near the entrance, so it didn 't bother me. Upon entering we were surprised that the seating area was bigger than we thought it would be. Not huge, but substantial enough, and we appreciated the decor, especially loved the pallet ceiling. Place was clean and the temperature was just right. A young and friendly fellow named K took our order. Since it was our first time, we opted for their signature offering...lobster roll. We both ordered the lobster roll platter, mine with chips, my wife with a salad. Included was the homemade cole slaw. Everything was excellent! Very satisfying and very filling, certainly an ample portion. At first the coleslaw looked like a measly portion, but believe me, it 's just the right amount because that lobster roll will fill you up, along with the tasty homemade chips. I only gave it 4 stars because it was our first visit, and we only tried one menu option, but we will be back again for sure to check out some of the other food. If all you want is lobster roll though, this place won 't let you down."

"Over the reef for this Burbank, Los Angeles, California treat. A classic cafe diner with rustic meets vintage charm... Coral Cafe feels like a place you 'd have a meal with friend and/or neighbors... as well as family. A neighborhood eatery where all are welcome as it 's very much Open To All. Formerly 24hrs, but still very much 7 days a week you can enjoy a huge variety of food, desserts, beverages and ambiance. The inside has some cool hanging art/images, history and historic icons... A little minimal otherwise feels like it could use some more touches of modern... Possible with some warmer colors, fixtures and easy decor to match the warmth they provide to their patrons. You 're in good hands with any server here, but if you 're lucky enough to get Luigi, who went above and beyond with service during a visit recently... Then you 're in luck. Enjoy beer, wine, juice, teas, soft drinks, milks, coffees, nades, hibiscus/frescas and even smoothies for refreshment!! Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Late Night... You 've got your pick of so so much to choose from(French Toasts, Crepes, Pancakes, Omelettes, Combos, Specials, the morning stuff is endless ... kid friendly menu too! Appetizers are abundant... Soups and Salads for days... Hot sandwiches, Deli sandwiches, Burgers which by definition are sandwiches... Wraps... Pizza... Hot Dogs... Mexican... C.C. has you covered! A little surprised they don 't offer a little more Greek inspired items on the menu given the history with the late John Leousis and his amazing success story with this place a co-owner since 1990. Decades of amazingness! They do have some lavish Greek Salads including classic, pasta style, and country style... A Mediterranean wrap and hearty veggies... I think falafel would be a hit as well... Though they do have some heavy vegetarian friendly and even vegan friendly menu items. Easy to customize, add-on or modify food as they aim to please. The veggie fajitas, veggie burger and wraps (hold the swiss for me are my comforts here I 'd recommend. I would definitely go wild for a veggie chili, dog and/or a veggie version of their seasonal California Burrito. The dinner salad (large or small is another favorite and pretty filling. Big portions for all for sure, if not most dishes! You can enjoy seating in a few different rooms/areas in a booth, table or at the front bar/counter around the TV there if available (first come, first serve . They have a patio in back, not to mention covered tables and chairs in the front, alongside sidewalk (Burbank Blvd . Easy parking lot that can fill fast, but is actually spacious, not to mention street parking available. Love seeing this place lit up at night with it 's gorgeous neon sign, but this hidden treasure also has a radiance during the day. I appreciate you Coral Cafe :"
