"Thought I would get in before the place got busy. We'll I was just a little late as the bar was almost completely full. Bartender was hustling to get the drinks out. Got my bev to me, and I ordered some food to go. Ordered the fish tacos, and they sat for a while while I finished my drink. I finally got to the hotel room to eat, and they were still warm and delicious. The bartender was on it and got my check cashed out when I was ready. I might be right back in this spot tonight again."

"Good Food and Service, Long Wait. Been here several times. Service was good. Food was really good. Always crowded except around lunch time. Plan ahead for a long wait if going at night. They do have half priced appetizers at the bar after 9pm. There is usually several spots at the bar if you don't want to wait. They also have To Go service and the food has been just as good. Prices are similar to AppleBees."

"The list of positives is short, so I 'll do it first the food served was quailty and we didn 't have to wait for a table on a Friday evening. The list of negatives is longer. 54th has removed so many items from the menu that figuring out what to order is a chore. I ordered an El Perfecto margarita and after discussing choices of tequila with the server, I finally just opted for house tequila. I was still charged an extra dollar for this!! It was also not mixed and had visible layers of sweet and sour mix and liquor in the glass. The El Perfecto also used to be served in a shaker container with a martini glass, and this wasn 't. The server didn 't know what I was talking about when I tried to tell him that it wasn 't the drink I was expecting. We ordered hot wings, and it came with a container of ranch that was approx. 2 ounces. We immediately ordered another ranch, and then sat there waiting for it for nearly 10 minutes, while the wings got cold and the children (who won 't eat hot wings without it) complained that they were hungry. The extra ranch came on top of our dinner order and no one likes to eat their appetizer with their dinner. 2 of my party had ordered iced tea and had to ask, and then also wait for, sweeteners. Our meals were good, as stated. But, when the bills arrived hoo boy!! No where was it posted that parties of 4 or more, which is NOT a large group, would automatically be charged 15% gratuity. To make this issue worse, it was broken up into 2 separate charges on the bill: gratuity and service fee, which was very confusing. After we left, we tried to call the 800 , which directed us to first call the store we had eat at, and when we did, no one answered. Luckily for us and not for them, 2 people in my group happen to be class action attorneys and are currently researching this."

"Recently revisited this restaurant and once again tried the Madeira chicken. Along with that, I ordered a salad and requested for it to be served first. Unfortunately, I had to remind the waiter about the salad after our meals had already been brought to the table. The waiter's speech was too unclear for my brother and I to hear, leading us to ask him to repeat himself."

"I've been coming to this 54th location for the past eight years, visiting 2 to 4 times a week, often bringing my coworkers along. I genuinely appreciate the lunch shift workers; they make me feel right at home. The kindness and compassion displayed by the staff is remarkable. The food is consistently excellent and fresh, and the place is impeccably clean. I could go on and on, but the truth is I keep coming back for the wonderful afternoon team, who have turned my bad days into good ones and made my good days even better. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers, treating everyone like family. This place feels like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Thank you to the amazing staff—I love all of you!"

"My husband and I chose to eat here after a busy morning of shopping. Although it was busy, the staff was attentive and sat us in a timely manner. Our server was just as attentive and was on top of everything: refills, lemons, condiments, you name it. My husband and I got the chicken nachos as an appetizer and we HIGHLY recommend these. SO STINKING GOOD. It will be our new go-to. For our entrees, he ordered a burger which he said was the best he ever had. I got the sirloin med-rare which came out medium well. IMMEDIATELY, our server put in for a new one and then not one, not two, but three managers came to apologize for the steak. As someone who had been a server for many years, I told them everything was totally fine, but it was incredibly thoughtful for all of them to be so on top of my meal. The new steak (and a SECOND loaded baked potato, came out quickly, cooked perfectly, and tasted great. Needless to say, I know what I will be having for dinner tonight. We will definitely be back."
"I 've been coming to this location since they opened. My friends and I enjoyed the drinks and food. Lately, customer service has declined dramatically. On 22 Aug '24 I arrived around 3:30 and was served a drink and given a menu. Afterwards, I was ghosted. Nothing, no acknowledgment until about 5:15 when I asked to speak with a manager. About 20 minutes later, someone, not the manager, showed up. I explained the situation and he proceeded to let me know he would get the manager. About 15 minutes later the manager showed up, gave a scripted apology, blamed it on the shift change and offered to cover the cost of my $6.50 drink. Sir, multiple people have shown up AND gotten drinks and food since shift change. No thank you. I can afford to pay for my drink. HORRIBLE customer service."

"We have been visiting 54th street for years and have never been disappointed. Today we went for our 11th anniversary as we do every year (we also had our first date and got engaged there). We were so surprised when we were told that our whole meal was being taken care of as for because it is our anniversary and we celebrate there every year. We are so beyond thankful and impressed with such kindness and fantastic customer service. Thank you 54th for making our day even more special!"

"Time arrived 4pm on a Saturday (not busy . Party of 4 First and foremost, the service during our visit was horrible. When I first walked in, it took the staff about to minutes to acknowledge I was even standing there (after they were done looking at their phones . Once I was able to be added to the list the wait time was fairly short only took about 8 minutes for the text to come thru on my phone informing me the table was ready. My wife, 2 kids and I were seated and our waiter immediately came to take our drink orders (did not provide his name later found out his name is Adrian our receipt . My wife, daughter and I ordered unsweetened tea while my son ordered Sprite. We received our drinks but there was no sugar provided (or any on the table . My wife also noticed there was a lipstick stain on her glass. When we were finally able to get our waiter 's attention we informed him of the tainted cup and our lack of sugar. We responded, oh ok , took my wife 's glass and headed off into the kitchen. He returned moments later with few packets of sugar and a new glass of tea only this time there was no ice. When asked why, the waiter replied, I could of sworn I heard 'no ice '... be right back before walking away again. After about 10 minutes (and several passes from the waiter we still did not receive the cup of Ice and we assumed our waiter just forgot our request so we had to remind him once again and he finally returned with the cup of ice. The service didn 't improve from there we had to request silverware for the table once our food arrived and both times we requested refills for our drinks our server Adrian appeared to be annoyed by the request. On the plus side, the food didn 't take long to come out. We all ordered burgers that were seasoned well (and the fries were great! . If you can make it past the service staff, there 's some potentially good food to be had here, it 's just not worth the hastle for me personally given that there are many other restaurant choices in the area. Would not eat here again"

"This is less about the food and more about the experience. We came tonight through drive-through. We had about a $40 order, and the young man that was taking the order looked completely lost. I asked for no ice and he just stood there looking at the screenand then said OK. Then I get to the window and she repeated the order back, I asked if the drink was no ice and she said ?no hedidn?t put that.? And I said ?well it?s supposed to be without ice.? She huffed and said ?can you just drink it with ice?? Thenany extra sauce we ask for wasn?t in the bag. They acted like me coming there was a burden. I understand that this place is busyand I am fine with waiting in line, but if I?m going to wait in line for some thing don?t treat me like I?m a burden to youspecially when I pay that much for food"

"BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BAR NONE!!!! My wife and I visited 54th street The Rim last night and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was quite flavorful, and in generous portions. Even the deserts were large portions. My wife had the Carrot cake and I had the Key Lime pie. The Key Lime pie was by far the best I've ever had in a restaurant, the filling had bits of lime pulp, the crust was PERFECT, and the chef topped it off with whipped cream with lime zest! All chilled to perfection! For those of us Key Lime lovers, this a MUST HAVE! I'm not a huge Carrot Cake fan, this one of RARE FEW times that I was absolutely impressed! Flavorful, not dry at all, and the perfect amount of frosting.As good as the food was, I cant say enough about our server Mary. This young lady defines what FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE is! Impeccable timing, a GENUINE polite and caring nature, and attentive. When another server accidentally spilled Aju all over my wife's order, and spilled some of my fries and sped away without more than hasty half mumbled apology before making a hasty exit, it was Mary that bent over backward to make things right. A few moments later the manager Leo materialized and apologized again and insisted on having my wife's order remade at no charge and gave us a free gift certificate as well. In my mind, a mark of a good restaurant is what they do to make things right when a mistake is made. I can state in all candor that there are many up scale establishments that can learn quite a bit from Mary and Leo! This was our first time eating there, and we will ABSOLUTELY be coming back! Good food in generous portions, reasonable prices, and customer service that cant be beat, and a great atmosphere. What more can a diner ask? These guys ROCK!"

"The third person in our group enjoyed her meal without any complaints, and the fourth person had a vegetarian salad. While her dish was fine, we joked that it seemed to have an abundance of tortilla strips to make up for the lack of protein. Overall, I would consider returning, although I might not go out of my way for it. That being said, it was definitely a better experience than dining at Applebee's or any other chain restaurant I've been to."

Your staff that served us was AMAZING! We know we were overwhelmingly loud and our large group probably wasn't what you wanted to deal with today, but your staff worked so very hard and worked together to make our experience wonderful. "the drive thru during the pandemic was epic on a great and ingenious way! You could be close to the headlight, and they would still make it fast with a rising setting, attentiveness to speed and accuracy of order, and with a thank you and my pleasure finished. fast ahead to today. you can count on at least 30 minutes to get through the trip thru. if they are lucky. the speed was replaced by slow moving and laborious workers who show little to no joy. Of course there are exceptions, but. the majority simply goes through the movements. 99.9% of the time we use the mobile app and then pick up in the drive thru. orders are inaccurate, objects are missed, you wait for a ridiculous time, and the customer is just another car and number in their day. we still like chick fil a, but look forward to when the new location is open in lantana, and hopefully the new location will appear brighter than what our experiences were in the last months at the boynton beach location. when I was worried on a page how long it took to reach the line at that day (about 40 minutes,) was told by the team member that the expectations were reset to slow down the dinge. does that not defeat the purpose of the almost food?"
