"BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BAR NONE!!!! My wife and I visited 54th street The Rim last night and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was quite flavorful, and in generous portions. Even the deserts were large portions. My wife had the Carrot cake and I had the Key Lime pie. The Key Lime pie was by far the best I've ever had in a restaurant, the filling had bits of lime pulp, the crust was PERFECT, and the chef topped it off with whipped cream with lime zest! All chilled to perfection! For those of us Key Lime lovers, this a MUST HAVE! I'm not a huge Carrot Cake fan, this one of RARE FEW times that I was absolutely impressed! Flavorful, not dry at all, and the perfect amount of frosting.As good as the food was, I cant say enough about our server Mary. This young lady defines what FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE is! Impeccable timing, a GENUINE polite and caring nature, and attentive. When another server accidentally spilled Aju all over my wife's order, and spilled some of my fries and sped away without more than hasty half mumbled apology before making a hasty exit, it was Mary that bent over backward to make things right. A few moments later the manager Leo materialized and apologized again and insisted on having my wife's order remade at no charge and gave us a free gift certificate as well. In my mind, a mark of a good restaurant is what they do to make things right when a mistake is made. I can state in all candor that there are many up scale establishments that can learn quite a bit from Mary and Leo! This was our first time eating there, and we will ABSOLUTELY be coming back! Good food in generous portions, reasonable prices, and customer service that cant be beat, and a great atmosphere. What more can a diner ask? These guys ROCK!"

The staff doesn't seem to understand how to properly cook broccoli. We requested for the broccoli to be steamed longer as it was still too firm, but instead they brought us back overcooked, burnt broccoli.

Our experience was great! Jacob was our server and he was excellent. Best service I've had in a long time. Between us we got pasta, burgers, and sandwiches. We each enjoyed our meal and sides. Nothing fancy or super special but it was good and Jacob made our meal more enjoyable. Worth checking out! If we lived here we would definitely be back!

we rolled after an amazing day in fiesta texas with our 8 yo twins. I have online check-in and they have tons of children options including power (they will not eat at home.) wifey and I split a burger. came over boiled and not sharp. server was fine. we asked for our order before we even sat down, not familiar with tequila on the menu for margs. neat environment, but we will not be back. I’ve been here multiple times in the past year , I recently came with my wife , and my daughter hoping to enjoy a Friday night after a long week. We wanted to get a couple drinks as usual to start off , and my wife forgotten her ID and was refused a drink. Which is understandable.. but seriously guys .. 1 time out of 10 .. we’ve never been carded here .. and the one time she didn’t have her ID ? Call it a bad Coincidence or whatever you want.. if your going to ID people dining in the dining room. This place has spectacular food. It doesn't take very long for the food to come out and from my experience the staff is pretty sufficient. One of their best servers is a girl name Tiffany, short black girl. They also have a few others that are pretty great. There's a girl name Bry and a girl named Monique that are awesome. Also they just got some new menu items and those large meatballs with marinara is the absolute bomb. Go eat here today I promise you'll love it. The bar is the bomb too because you will leave feeling good. I love the red sangria frfr.
