"In short: shudder. That's all. This truck is part of a food truck collective. I had tried some other offerings from different trucks and wanted to give the tacos from this one a shot. I approached and ordered a taco. The guy behind the counter repeated my order, but suddenly my request changed from one taco to two. I clarified that I only wanted one taco, but he looked at me as if I had two heads. After a moment of hesitation, he told me the minimum order for credit card payments was two tacos. I felt frustrated, but he took my order anyway, all while giving me a cold glare. He mentioned it would take about 10 minutes.
I acknowledged this and hung around near the window so I could hear when my food was ready. A minute later, he called out, reminding me it would be 10 minutes. At that point, I decided to sit at a table by the window. I couldn't shake the feeling that he was watching me the whole time, which made me uncomfortable and irritated.
When my taco finally arrived, it was a disappointing experience. The taco had no salsa, was dry, overcooked, and lacking in flavor. The only slightly redeeming quality was that the tortilla was made fresh. Overall, this place deserves a score of 0 out of 20, and I definitely won't be returning."
