"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"We used to live in the condos directly behind the North Point Village shopping center, so Gregorio’s was a constant staple for us when we didn’t have something lined up. It was consistent and tasty each time. We’ve tried at least one of every meal TYPE they offer (i.e., appetizer, pastas, meat dishes, salads, pizza, etc. , and we’ve always been happy! We have even worked with Gregorio’s for small catering orders for hosting small events in our home. Since moving out of Reston, we have been missing this little spot, so for a recent mini event we hosted, we made it a point to go out of the way to go and pick up food from Gregorio’s in Reston. The food, as usual, was solid! Pastas, pizzas, salad, etc. For a relatively small catering order though, I’d argue that it wasn’t difficult to manage what was on the order, but garlic knots and breadsticks were almost left out of the order. Luckily, I caught that and inquired before we walked out the door and made the trek back to our new area (30 min away . The staff was quick to apologize for missing that part of the order, and they corrected it immediately by getting it ready. However, it was apparent that they were digging in a bin from what appeared to be bread that had been sitting out for hours, if not even longer. All of the bread was either stale or hard and not suitable for serving for the event, which was fine as we had plenty of other food but still not was expected. Aside from the issue of the bread side items, I highly recommend their pasta chicken dishes! Can’t go wrong with their chicken parm or marsala, but they their salmon rose dish is also excellent!"

"This is La Quinta old style, which is most of La Quinta and I don't mean this in a negative way, but if you are looking for a unique Italian Experience, this is not it. What it IS is reasonably good food, that is predictable and exactly what you think, in a very comfortable, if dated setting. Even the the background music seems like something from the 50's, not bad, just predictable. The restaurant offers a huge comfortable patio (in the days of COVID a big plus) with lots of plants, misters and comfortable seating. The wait staff is generally friendly and agreeable. The evening we were there the hostess was bussing tables and taking initial drink orders which led to a bit of a wait to be seated, probably a result of understaffing in the face of all the issues of the pandemic. It was happy hour so not sure what they do during the dinner hour. We had two cocktails, an appetizer and happy hour pizza. The drinks were ok, if a little too expensive. The calamari was good, a little tough. We had the pepperoni pizza, and that was good. The service was good. It all came in at just under $50, but the drinks were $24 of that. I look forward to returning to try a salad, perhaps a glass of wine and see how it all stacks up. This was our first visit in the 2.5 years we have been here, we have been pretty big Stuft Pizza fans, but the larger patio make a big difference, and the wait at stuffed has gotten pretty insufferable. Not their fault, but it is what it is."
