"The food at Olive Garden is typically mediocre, which is what I expected. However, today’s experience was incredibly uncomfortable. We were greeted by cold and unfriendly hostesses who seemed unhappy to be at work. When we were led to our table, it was absolutely disgusting. The hostess didn’t seem to care and walked away despite the obvious mess. There were oily handprints and food remnants on the booth, and the floor was littered with spaghetti and other trash. It was so dirty that we couldn’t even sit down. Our server appeared visibly annoyed and spent a mere 30 seconds hastily cleaning the floor. I didn’t see her wipe down the table or the booth at all. With pieces of spaghetti still under the table, she said “this is the best it’s gonna get” and left us to dine in that filthy area, which was completely unsuitable. I’ve never encountered anything like it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that there was a lack of care. We decided to leave because we truly didn’t feel comfortable with the cleanliness or the staff, which was disappointing given that we drove over 20 minutes to get there. It turned out to be a wasted trip."
