"I had pizza there yesterday with my family. We ordered 2 large pizza 's and fries. I received my bill, and noticed there was something labeled line item for an extra $4.00. I asked the server what that charge was for, and I was told it was a charge for sharing pizza. I asked again in shock, and the manager/owner then told me that every pizza place does this. I have eaten pizza all over North America, and I have never ever seen this for pizza. I asked where this was mentioned on the menu, and was then told it was not on the menu, they just add it to the bill. I told them that if they need to charge more for their pizza, they need to charge more for their pizza, not charge a fee to eat pizza in the restaurant. I know this is only 4 dollars, but I have not felt this ripped off in a very long time. Very shady practice, they least they could have done was be honest and label it food sharing fee, not a non descript line item charge."

"Very cute little place! Absolutely delicious lunch food, and really reasonably priced. My panini really could've used a little sauce of some kind, but the chicken was seasoned so well and cooked perfectly, so I can forgive that for now. Would highlyrecommend for breakfast/brunch/lunch! Wait staff was pretty attentive and very kind. Also, the bathroom was so clean and nicelydecorated, which I really appreciated."

"I have nothing but positive things to say about Carlos Pizza. The food is absolutely delicious, and I can't recall a single dish I've tried there that I didn't like. In addition to the standard pizza and cheesesteaks, their pasta dishes are AMAZING—they taste incredibly fresh and are even better than what you'd find at a restaurant like Olive Garden. The portions are generous, too; when we order from Carlos, we always have enough for at least two meals, if not more (and I have a big appetite! lol). The prices are fantastic, and they’ve never gotten an order wrong, even when we make special requests like no tomatoes or adding bacon. Lastly, the staff is wonderful—always polite and friendly. Thank you!"

"Incredible! After moving to Oceanside two years ago, I struggled to find good restaurants. However, none of them matched up to my expectations and seemed to decline in quality each time I visited. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Villa Formia about 2 months ago and have been ordering from them 1-2 times a week ever since. I absolutely adore everything about this place - from the welcoming staff to the speedy service and mouthwatering food. Each time I order, it just keeps getting better and better. I highly recommend everything from their chicken rolls and calzones to salads and pizzas. I love it all and I'm sure you will too!"

"so many updates it is good again. I have for a year mix of reviews. yall went down the hill. huh salad slushey and much too much mayo,chix cheese steak has a kind of weird hard bang on it...in good. my last 4 orders were wrong and evil holdings! ordered dry buffalo wings they came wet and without blue cheese also my salate, without blue cheese. if I told them about my delivery, they wanted to discuss it. the ordered chicken salad was filled with mayonnaise and the chicken was the huh they use on a chicken cheese steak. I didn't **** over this place anymore! the majority of the pictures on their website are pictures of the food I have ordered, but they need a new cook and better settings...still has not changed yet. Today is 1/4/21...will give them another attempt...always bad delivery, wrong order, and. I wish I hadn't wasted my .1/29/22-update....if they ordered online they credit and I ordered the working cheese factory today and it is."

"I was a patient at UPMC on the cardiac unit.. one of them. I wanted to thank my nurses by buying them a pizza actually a couple. We had a little bit of a communication problem between myself and Domino's. For some reason when the driver got to the hospital he couldn't get through to my phone and it took a while but we worked it out. Several days later. Maybe even the next day, I ordered the same exact items and the person on the other end of the phone told me that his driver is a good driver and a nice guy and I didn't know what that meant, butI was soon to find out. The same exact two pizzas were $10 more than the first two. I thought they were $7.99 a piece turned out he charged me $16.99 a piece and then asked me if I wanted to give the driver a dip so I threw him $5. To make a long story short they had an issue delivering the pizza the first time to a hard-working cardiac unit that was a little busy at first but we got someone down to get the first two pizzas. From my perspective, it just looks like they overcharged me for the pizzas because of the problems that they had the first time. So they decided to gouge me out of an extra $20. But let me tell you what.. all the workers on 4D at UPMC deserved it and I would buy it again and again but not from this Domino's."

"12/5/2018 Ate a slice at Ray's today after first going to, The District restaurant to eat. See their Yelp review from me. At Ray's, I got the Chocolate cake for dessert. And a Pizza slice because I was still hungry. It was delicious. chicken breast, bacon, tomatoes, ranch dsg, a white cheese, but not mozzarella. I can't remember what all was on it and I forgot to take a pix. When you go in, look for it. It won't disappoint. Happy Eats 11/13/2018 Ate at Ray's. Hadn't eaten all day, so i felt like something unhealthy and a lot of it. LoL I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and wanted Onion Rings. The worker suggested instead of my ordering separately, to get the combo meal that also came with a canned drink to save money. That was kind. Felt appreciated as a customer. And it wasn't about the bottom line...Mulah. I didn't take photos. The CheeseSteak was great. The Onion Rings however is a large portion, but I'd never order again. After leaving Ray's I went to Rite Aide to get a bottle of water to drink. Get back to the room, then it hit me, my combo came with a drink. Ah Man!! So don't do what I did if you go. Happy Eating"

"My coworker and I called at 11:30 AM to order two lunch specials of penne alla vodka with chicken. When we arrived, the staff informed us that the total would be $38 for the two specials. We were taken aback, as each lunch special is priced at $12.95, making the total should have been around $25. The staff member then mentioned, “You didn’t specify that you wanted the lunch special over the phone.” We regret not walking out at that moment and will never spend our money on their food again."

"I've never encountered such rude customer service! I placed an online order for food from Frank's at 5:30 pm, well within their operating hours. When my sister went to pick up the pizza, the door was open, and a man inside, without a shirt, informed her that they were closed and that our pizzas hadn't been made, even though I had already been charged. When I entered to request a refund, I was met with such hostility that I was taken aback. The employee practically told me it wasn't his problem and blamed a third party, then yelled at me to leave his restaurant. My husband returned to speak with them, as I was quite upset, and the man even claimed he had called the police on me! I contacted DoorDash, who handled the online ordering, and they stated that Frank’s could have easily refunded me since they received my payment. Honestly, I don't even care about the money anymore! I'm just in disbelief over how I was treated by this unhinged individual. I wish I had recorded his outrageous comments. I will definitely not support this business and will share my experience with everyone I know."

"I've ordered from Potenza 4 times. 1st 3 times was the pep pizza and Italian hoagie. Pizza is good but the Italian hoagie was delicious! I ordered this past Saturday a gyro salad for my aunt and for me a popcorn chicken salad. My salad loaded with popcorn breaded chicken. Very tender and moist and topped with delicious mozzarella cheese and French fries. My aunt said her salad was delicious but she didn't get enough gyro meat and a lot of feta cheese....I will definitely order again and looking forward to trying other items on their menu. Great place, great customer service and food...."

"This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the quality has really declined. I ordered two orders of fries yesterday, and they were far from appealing. There was hardly any mozzarella cheese on them, and instead of chopped fried onions, there were long strips that didn’t even taste fried. My husband’s cheese fries were also disappointing. After trying some of the food, we were still hungry because I couldn’t even finish mine."

"The two gentlemen working there were very nice. I went in and bought a slice of pizza but had to wait 15 minutes because they needed to make it fresh since there wasn’t any pizzas ready at all. The atmosphere was a little outdated but it was still nice. Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot infront of the pizza shop. "I really enjoy this pizzeria because the service is quick and the food is always served hot and fresh. During my visits, I've tried the standard slice, pepperoni slice, grilled chicken Caesar slice, and the garlic knots, all of which I loved. I also appreciate their pineapple, orange, and banana drink. While the prices aren't the lowest, I understand it's due to inflation. I like that they accept both card and cash here. "Stopped by on a Saturday for a late lunch early dinner to use up a $25 coupon from restaurant .com. Comfortable place located in Midtown East area. Overall, food was pretty good. We ordered a large whole wheat margarita pie, clams mussels special, and a lobster ravioli special. Whole wheat margarita pie was the highlight; loved their tomato sauce. Both the clam mussels special and the lobster ravioli special were both heavy on the sauce, so that kind of covered up the actual seafood flavor. Not bad dishes, but would have preferred to taste the seafood flavor instead of sauce. No big deal though. I also got a strawberry smoothie, which was pretty good. Fresh strawberries and it wasn't too sweet. Woohoo!
