"Last night, 6/3/21, we placed an order. Normally we just get a pizza and is normally great. This time we had a gift card we received from family so we decided to try something new. We ordered calamari witch was ok. A turkey wrap also acceptable. We also ordered a black olive and pepperoni calzone but received a pepperoni and bacon, not good threw most of it away. I also ordered chicken fingers and they were burnt. Not well done , burnt. They were also inedible and also were thrown away. I thought we had finally found a good local pizza/ restaurant but unfortunately not."

"Charming spot, but quite noisy. Be sure to inquire about the ingredients in your dish when you place your order. I ordered a chicken dish that didn’t mention pasta in the description, but it turned out to be a bowl of pasta with just a few pieces of chicken. We were celebrating multiple milestones and wanted some drinks, but the waitress wasn’t familiar with the mixed drinks or liquors available. Additionally, the bar was not in sight. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4."

"We arrived in time for our reservation 8:30 and was told it would be about 10 minutes. There was a bar and we had a drink. The host was very nice. He came to the bar and said about 10 minutes more we said okay. 1 hour later we haven't sat yet. Finally we went to the dining room and passed on a table. The host was not very nice anymore. He ignored us the rest of the evening. Someone sat and we immediately got water and bread. Then we waited a while for a server to take our order. He served us in a reasonable time, and the food was hot and good. Then the LOUD started playing music and we couldn't talk to each other through the rest of our meal When we were finished eating and coffee were served, they told us that our table was reserved for the private party and could we go. I almost lost it at this point. I've been to this restaurant before and really enjoyed it. I also understand in a busy night that things don't always go to plan Bartolinos doesn't have to overbook if they can't take all in a timely way. I will not return to this restaurant. I think customer loss is one to many."

"Deceived, betrayed, and utterly disappointed that's how I felt when I realized the local pizza place I had ordered from was nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing. All I wanted was a delicious pizza, but instead, I was served Indian food that I had no craving for. Who in their right mind would claim to be an Italian restaurant and serve Indian food? "I paid $30 and left a $5 tip for a pizza delivered from just 5-10 minutes away by bike, and I’m extremely disappointed. This is completely unacceptable, and despite being a repeat customer, I will not be ordering from here again. The pizza was undercooked; it's frustrating that I even have to request it to be cooked properly. The garlic knots I ordered were also very dry—usually, they're soaked in butter, but these were hard and dry all the way through. I'll be sure to inform everyone I recommended this place to that they should avoid it, as there seems to be a lack of care in how food is prepared here. I’m honestly appalled."

"This is one of the best pizza places I've ever visited. I've been ordering from here for years. The customer service is excellent, and they offer great prices with outstanding food. Consistency is key here, although sometimes the dishes can be a bit hit or miss—either they're fantastic, or they're not to your liking at all. However, their cheesecake is surprisingly delicious and better than you'd expect. I don't think of them solely as a pizza place; they offer so much more. Their penne alla vodka is even better than what I've had at more expensive restaurants. The rice balls are amazing as well. Don’t just stick to the pizza—try everything! Here’s a list of items I think they excel at: penne alla vodka, rice balls, cheesecake, pizza, beef patties, sausage rolls, wings, fettuccine Alfredo, garlic bread, and garlic knots. I've also tried a few other menu items that weren't as impressive. Keep in mind I've sampled only a small portion of the menu, but these are the dishes I would recommend based on this review."

"He lived in town for a long time. The shops go. This is a staple. My daughter is 47 and wants another birthday cake from there. They have amazing tea cookies, but they sell quickly. "If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to order sides of onion rings with our order and was told that a bucket of onion rings would be a better value because it is bigger and costs $6.99 When our order arrived it was not a bucket nor was it enough for 3 people which was a total of 8 onion rings. I called to complain that this was not a bucket and all they wanted to do was argue with me and then said they only have 1 size of onion rings. The food is great but the customer services is absolutely horrible . Will not ever order from here again and will not recommend this place to anyone."

We made reservations for 7:00 pm and got there a little early. place was packed like sardines)I put our names in to 'grandma ' she said, 'relax and have a drink, you are at grandmas, we are running just a little late but will seat you soon. ' I thought that was so adorable. We were seated and were met by the humor of our waiter, Nate! He was full of energy and very accommodating ! The food portions and taste were over the top!
