"This is by far the best pizza I've had in Jersey City and Bayonne during my six years living here. It's not overly cheesy, but they definitely don’t skimp on it, and the sauce is absolutely delicious! The crust strikes the perfect balance—neither too hard nor too soft. "We have ordered takeout from here several times. Always happy with the food. Today we ate in the restaurant for the second time since it's opened and couldn't have been more impressed. The food was excellent and the service is even better. The employees really engage with you and genuinely care about your experience. Tonight they overheard my son who just turned 4 a few days ago, telling someone it was just his birthday and that he turned 4. The owner came over to talk to him and gave him a huge cannoli for free for his birthday! It made my sons whole day. Truly impressed."

"I used to live in the neighborhood and ordered from here all the time. Now that I've moved to Brooklyn, I can honestly say that no other pizza shop comes close to John Joe's. I returned after a few years, and everything tasted just as I remembered. It almost brought me to tears. The portions, prices, and quality are all exactly as I remembered, if not better. I apologize if the photo isn't the most flattering, but the flavor and deliciousness speak for themselves. Their sauce, cheese, and everything else are truly unparalleled and bring back so many nostalgic memories."

"I ordered lunch today from the Slice app. My order was supposed to arrive at the latest by 12:06. It arrived at 12:39. My sandwich came with mayo on it (not listed as an ingredient on the menu for a roast beef grinder) and when I called to complainthey told me the menu changed and I called you and you only said no onion . He wouldn 't replace the sandwich and told me tocall his boss at 5PM. I also ordered a Greek salad and I received a regular salad instead. This was my first time ordering fromhere and I will never order from this restaurant again. This is really disappointing customer service. Edited to add: I alsoreceived an aluminum foil ball of feta cheese which makes my salad a Greek salad I guess? Without the olives."

"We're from Chicago and are staying over night in Cardiff by the sea. The hotel front desk recommended this place, I wish they were closer to home because man is this place great. I got the vodka sauce penne pasta and it was absolutely incredible. My boyfriend got lobster mac n cheese and chicken strips. The lobster mac n cheese compares to some really high end restaurants I've been too. Their chicken strips are great too, one of the only places i know of that breads their own chicken! All of the menu prices were totally reasonable for the great quality of food you get, and the girl that took my order over the phone was super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who comes through here! Five stars!"

"Be careful when ordering food from Bella?s Pizza! Only ordered food from there for delivery. Half an hour later, no food appeared. We called the restaurant and they told us that it was delivered a while ago and basically called my husband a liar when he said that the food was not delivered. The guy in the restaurant contacted the driver who claims to have left the food in our house. We checked out everywhere, even at the end of our road at the sidewalk. We have a ring camera on our road and another one on our front door, so we would have been notified on our phones if someone were dragged into the road or was on the front door, the food drops. When we told the restaurant that, the manager? said there was nothing they can do and refuse to supply us new food. Will never order food from here again."

"Must see FOR MYSELF after a friend who recently moved to the area shared the reviews he saw while searching for a local pizza shop. 2 different pizzas and chicken parm ordered for pickup. I have deliberately arrived earlier than the given Pick Up Time to be welcomed immediately with a friendly professional reception and to find my food packed for pickup. How dare you penetrate my personal space! As for food... the pizza was pizza dough in a circle with seasoned tomato base sauce with different meat and fresh cheese.. What about him??? The Chicken Parm was placed in a foil shell that made it EXTREMELY HOT even after driving 8 miles back to my house...I COULD HAVE BEEN BURNED!! Fortunately, I just enjoyed the delicious mix of spaghetti and broken chicken stall with authentic Italian engraving! (I can also be sarcastic!) I got Ray's pizza on the 7th. Ave ate in Manhattan and that was better! If that doesn't mean anything for you, consider yourself happiness! As for the bad reviews and sarcastic reactions, I will simply say who is without sin throws the first stone. These exercises take risk, support families and serve the public! "I 've always had great food from Enzo 's. One thing which stands out, in an industry full of generic tomato sauce, is their sauce. It 's very good. This is a major factor for me returning for business because the generic tasting stuff is a dime a dozen andinspires zero loyalty. Their meatball side is the best I 've had from the local pizza places. The meatballs don 't have thatgross, spongy frozen texture. I have no idea how they 're prepared but they seem homemade and are always a standard part of myorder. They also show off the tomato sauce the best. The pizza, particularly the supreme, is good. I had one pizza come to mewith all the cheese to one side which was annoying but that 's the delivery driver 's fault. Other than those things, I 've had onecold sandwich and a cheesesteak, both of which were excellent. The cheesesteak was flavorful and no gristle like some places. Iwouldn 't say either was overly memorable. They often send a free order of garlic knots when we make a big order. Those are greattoo nice, chewy bread, the right seasoning of garlic and sprinkled cheese, and that great tomato sauce for dipping. Tryanything, at least the meatballs, and you won 't be disappointed. Definitely a place to add to our good list ."

"I absolutely loved it! For just $8.99, I got a 9-inch cheesesteak, a generous serving of French fries, and a 20 oz soda. It was a hearty meal, perfectly balanced in grease, carbohydrates, and sugar—all for only $8.99. I really enjoyed the fries, although my car smelled a bit after driving for an hour. The cheesesteak was tasty and packed with a good amount of meat. The cheese was decent, but I would have preferred a bit more and a better melt. "Literally the best Italian takeout in Raleigh. I haven't had Italian food that I didn't make myself since relocating from NY. NY is home to so many authentic Italian restaurants and growing up in a predominantly Italian neighborhood with Italian friends, I can say my standards are pretty high. I decided to order delivery from Assaggio’s after reading all the positive reviews about the hot dishes. I didn't feel like going out for dinner so we had our Friday night feast at home. I ordered the lasagna that came with 2 garlic knots and a fresh salad. Everything was good however I expected more fresh seasoning on the lasagna. It also was not as meaty as I needed it to be. I also ordered a eggplant parmigiana hero. Very good but I was not a fan of the bread. It could have been softer. Lastly, the Tuxedo cake was perfection ! It's moist chocolate cake with a thick white ganache filling and dark chocolate fudge frosting. I need to know which bakery this is from ! I want my wedding cake made there. The presentation of the food was spot on. So I'm giving Assagio's a 4."

"We designed a sweet 16 here. And although the space is not updated the service is beyond spectacular. If you are looking for that old World Italian, Princess and the Frog kind of theme this is your place. "For anyone who doesn't wanna read all this Got baked ziti, baked ziti was horrible and full of grease and watery liquid, atmosphere was not welcoming, I immediately noticed some of the chairs had literal cobwebs and no one else was even in the restaurant?, service was average.I went in with my boyfriend, he was gonna get something but changed his mind because he said the place didn't smell right. I ordered a baked ziti and got a very liquidy concoction. It didn't seem baked, way too much grease to where I could see it FLOATING on top of the baked ziti, the cheese was a bit hard??? harder than any other baked ziti cheese I've eaten, and the sauce wouldnt stick on the pasta because it was too liquidy. I love baked ziti and have been craving it for DAYS but that was disappointing, now we're just upset we spent $13 on a meal neither of us even liked?.There were also literally no customers there. All the chairs were also up (some having cobwebs/being dirty) so no one could sit unless they took the chairs down, which felt unwelcoming like they didnt want anyone eating there.Long review because I'm passionate about my baked ziti and my money?. Hope others have a better experience, I don't know if the pizza is good, but I'd recommend just not getting pasta."
