"I was a patient at UPMC on the cardiac unit.. one of them. I wanted to thank my nurses by buying them a pizza actually a couple. We had a little bit of a communication problem between myself and Domino's. For some reason when the driver got to the hospital he couldn't get through to my phone and it took a while but we worked it out. Several days later. Maybe even the next day, I ordered the same exact items and the person on the other end of the phone told me that his driver is a good driver and a nice guy and I didn't know what that meant, butI was soon to find out. The same exact two pizzas were $10 more than the first two. I thought they were $7.99 a piece turned out he charged me $16.99 a piece and then asked me if I wanted to give the driver a dip so I threw him $5. To make a long story short they had an issue delivering the pizza the first time to a hard-working cardiac unit that was a little busy at first but we got someone down to get the first two pizzas. From my perspective, it just looks like they overcharged me for the pizzas because of the problems that they had the first time. So they decided to gouge me out of an extra $20. But let me tell you what.. all the workers on 4D at UPMC deserved it and I would buy it again and again but not from this Domino's."

Have ordered from Domino's for years, first time at this one. Found a giant hair on my pizza and they wouldn't refund the cost of my order. It was disgusting and we threw everything away. Will never go to another Domino's.

DELIVERY DRIVER was horrible, I live 3 minutes from the store. It was late I did NOT want to walk! Delivery driver refused to come up and give me my food! I had t o go down stairs get it myself... NEVER AGAIN. PIZZA was sub-par, a 1 star at best.,

The delivery driver did not come to our door and we received a call from an out-of-state number. Unfortunately, we never received our pizza. When we called the restaurant to inquire about our order, the worker hung up on us. They also refused to pick up when we called back from our original number. We had to use a different phone to finally get a response after the second ring. View menu

I ordered delivery through Grubhub and paid for it. I received a call from Pizza Bellagio stating that I was too far for delivery. I explained that this was not my problem and they needed to resolve it with Grubhub. I was met with a rude response, a refusal to deliver my food despite already being paid for, and was hung up on multiple times. The service was terrible and they refused to rectify the situation with the payment.

I love this restaurant been a customer of there's for years the only complaint I have is when ordering online it says they don't deliver to my address when in fact they do so I always just have to call in to place my order then the recognize it's me and everything is a go they sell everything you wish all pizza places sell they do catering they even sell wedding soup one of my favorite soups to eat I like how late they stay open I'm always spending 100.00 per order when I order from them that's how good there food is me and my kids and husband be cool for a very long time the customer service is nice I'm very picky who cooks our food so when I call in and the one I'm use to isn't there I won...
