"We were sat at a table and ignored for 10 minutes. Finally a waitress came over and stated that she was not our waitress but she would take our order . Received order which should have been lox on a bagel with cream cheese. Did not get cream cheese. My daughter had to ask for the cream cheese and as our waitress ran to her other incoming customers she tossed a single pod of cream cheese onto the table. She asked us if we needed anything else i asked for some more coffee, which i never received. All the while our waitress was going up to all of her incoming guest with coffee in hand taking their orders promptly and checking up on them regularl. We had to ask for the bill as she failed to ask if we needed anything else. I am sure it had nothing to do with the stereotypical look of a fairfield resident that we did not meet ? Your lack of customer service forced me to not leave a tip. you need to do better and respect all paying patrons."

"DONT COME HERE IF YOUR NOT WHITE. The owners are extremely racist and they will make sure you feel uncomfortable as soon as u walk in; you just feel their eyes already judging you as u walk into the restaurant it’s the two overweight Italians specially the lady. I am a regular at this place I go there so much that the servers already know my order. The servers are very nice and friendly. I always tip them accordingly, I never have left without tipping except for today because our waitress left early so her coworker took the table and just gave us the check so of course like I’m sure any other person you wanna tip the person who actually served you but unfortunately she left for w.e reason so when we went up to pay we hit no tip on the machine and automatically the racist owner started giving us a talk about how she doesn’t know if we’ve ever went to a restaurant but it’s not the same as fast food and we have to tip.which is absolutely absurd and a crazy way to treat you guests, when you first of all don’t even know if we left cash on the table (which we sometimes do. My boyfriend actually knows the waitress we had today because it’s his cousin and was going to send her her tip through cash app to make sure she was the one who got the tip since she was the one who served us. Which I didn’t think I would need to give an explanation to anyone. Especially knowing that tipping isn’t even mandatory. She than pulls out her pen and says that we can add the tip on the receipt which I said no because our waitress left and she said it’s doesn’t matter you still have to tip it’s a group effort. At this point I don’t even want to tip at all because it’s just insane the way she is talking to us and demanding we tip which I have no problem doing because I am also a tipped employee. Personally I would never demand someone tips me and if I did I would never speak to someone so rudely like she did to us. She acted like we were caveman that have never stepped into a restaurant before knowing we go there many times a month. I bet if we were white she would never even have the courage to ask why they are hitting no tip. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!"

"Our group ordered the hummus trio, lots of pita and I got the falafel salad. The falafel did not have a lot of flavor, but the salad itself was crisp and delicious. I did not like the dressing that came with the salad so I used the hummus as dressing instead. The pita and hummus were very good, and we ordered a lot of extra pita. I’d say the roasted red pepper was their best of the three hummus options. I’ve yet to try the grilled veggie wrap (not the falafel wrap), but I’ve heard it’s good. I’ll give this place another chance when I go back and order a wrap instead, but I’m not a fan of their falafel."

"The place is a good old Greek restaurant with which I grew up in my hometown. The food was super duper excellent! A little slow on the service, but I still value this restaurant high. The Spot Restaurant gives you the good old, cozy feeling. The food is excellent. The location on Upper Front Street is a beautiful place, just don't understand why they have these stupid traffic circles in Binghamton. Whoever thought about it really had her head up there shirt!"

"We are in town visiting my son at UCONN and we decided to give Red Rock Cafe a go. I must say the place was pretty busy. The staff is extremely is extremely pleasant, everyone we came in contact with. However as soon as you walk in, I did not get the greatest impression of the restaurant itself, excluding staff, restaraunt itself didn’t give off clean vibes. But the boys wanted to try it so we continued on. The menu is very big and so much to choose from that you get a bit overwhelmed. I opted to have the chicken wings, they had 64+ flavors to choose from. I had the mango pineapple. It was good. The wings were juicy, tender, and you could taste the mango pineapple a little bit, and I’m content that they were not drowned in the sauce. My husband had a bacon burger without lettuce, tomato, onion and came out perfectly. The waffle fries are a bit greasy but no worries none were left at the end of the meal?. My son had the same bacon burger but with all the finishes and he enjoyed his as well. The sodas though … I had a ginger ale disgusting! My husband and son both ordered cokes and each one tasted differently so we sent one back and now it tasted ok the weirdest thing ever since it’s out of the same machine not sure if it’s from dirty cups or what ! We opted to skip dessert"

"Truck parking is an amazing plus! Food flavors were good, portions were a bit more then average so good there too. Prices are 3 times maybe 4 times more then needed. Banana pancakes, sausage n ham, Bacon omlete with home fries came to 50$ The biggest kick in the teeth was I went to pick it up on sunday june 23rd, I was waiting to the side and heard the manager pull the cashier to the side and tell him to get me out! Where was my ticket? why was I still standing there, He needs to go now! The nice waitress with my order told him the She has my stuff and that SHE has me handled. It just rubbed me wrong the way this guy acted, it was not proffesional. Yeah I know I 'm a fat n ugly trucker but my money is just as green as everyone else 's. We probably won 't be back."

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case."

"Kevin, the owner, and his staff are incredibly friendly and wonderful people. It's rare to find such excellent service in a restaurant these days, especially when the owner leads the team with professionalism and offers delicious food at reasonable prices. If you’re searching for a fantastic spot to take your family for lunch or dinner, Gondolier in South Knoxville is an excellent choice for a memorable experience with great food and attentive staff."

"I used to like this place better. It went down hill.Today I ordered a bowl of crab bisque. I mistakenly said bowl"instead of crock ,soI ended up paying 11.99 for it.Not worth it.The cost would have not bothered me so much had they bothered toput enough crabmeat in it.Had scarcely any crab meat.PeriodIt was mostly roux I found LESS than a half teaspoon of actual crab meat in the entire bowl. What a rip off.The waiter was nice , however.Eric's became penny wise and dollar foolish. No wonder regulars don't frequent there like they used to.I may think twice before deciding to patronize them again.."

"One of my favorite restaurants to go to. I’ve been coming here since I was little with family and now I enjoy sharing it with friends from afar, too. The food is always phenomenal, the atmosphere is classy and hip, the service is always beyond perfect and I always have a great time here. Parking: Large lot but the spaces fill quickly because it’s a popular place. Service: Dine in"

"Went to a nice Wedding here. Things could have been better. For most people once the got into the parking area they had no idea they had to walk do a wooded path to the beach where the ceremony was being held, or for people who had trouble walking, were not told they could drive up the road a bit and drive down to ceremony. No signs, No one to direct people. The building was in need of repairs, the food not so great, flavorless for BBQ fare, chicken not fully cooked, canned beans, the cornbread was Fantastic! 1 to 10, I would give it a 4 3/4. Watch your footing on the wrap around deck outside if you are going to the upcoming festival of food there. Missing and lose boards. Restroom was clean.Noteworthy details: All included above."

"The restaurant was inviting, though my husband and I would have preferred the quieter front room as opposed to the noisy, larger seating area. The food was delicious and the vegetarian options were inventive. I loved the porcini sachetti and my husband got the ravioli and beef tenderloin, which he also enjoyed though he thought the portion was small (I'm inclined to think it was just enough! The overall experience was great, I can't wait to go back when the deck is open."

"Wonderful relaxed ambiance, romantic and great service. Offering general Mediteranean foods such as humus, we were more interested in the specifically Afghan dishes. Hubby adored the lamb shank with saffron rice. I found many vegetarian choices including Kudu (pumpkin w yoghurt available without meat), Sambosa (pastries with chick peas that remind me of British pasties, my favorite). The desserts were absolutely decadent. I had the mini chocolate cake and hubby had the custard flavored with cardamon and rosewater. Fantastic! I have already recommended Nora to 8 of my friends. We drove 1.5 hours to eat here but we will be back."

"Quite an interesting little place it was packed when I arrived, but they had a table set aside for me. Service was top notch friendly, attentive (without being pushy and on top of a busy Saturday night crowd. Much of the seating is counter style seating, to give you a good open view of most of the 25 TV 's that line the walls. The crowd thinned out when the popular game ended, and sure enough the jukebox immediately went to Take me home, country roads and 100+ sport fan chorus sang along ...to the place, I belong...WEST VIRGINIA, Mountain Mama . When I think of sports bars, Greek food isn 't the place my mind immediately goes, but they make it work with a nice blend of Greek American hybrids like Gyro Mac Cheese (quite tasty , deep fried Feta and Greek Stuffed Mushrooms (my favorite! . The mushrooms had a nice firm tasty texture, the stuffing was delicious with the addition of the gyros, were coated in cheese, and baked to perfection. Everything 's better with cheese : The dolmathes were a tad disappointing understuffed, drowned in olive oil, and the veins in the grape leaves refused to sever either with a bite or a knife. Because of that, they didn 't work well as finger food or fork knife I had to tear them apart. Because of that, it was difficult to taste the nuances of flavor I normally expect from dolmas. The wine list was simple about 8 house wines (all Mondavi , four higher end reds and four whites plus about a dozen choices by bottle only. They were out of the one Greek wine on their menu (Mavrodaphne , so I settled for a decent Mark West Pinot Noir. I 'm not a beer drinker, so you 're on your own as to how good their beer selections are, but there seemed to be plenty of beer, wine and spirits flowing and everyone was having a good time. But about those Stuffed Mushrooms....I could have made a meal out of just those."

"The staff made an effort, but the food felt like generic wedding fare—not the kind you look forward to, just something to get by on. The Maitre D approached us only after our card had been taken and asked about our meal. We politely expressed our dissatisfaction and mentioned we understood their staffing challenges. He explained their difficulties and offered dessert on the house, but then said the bill was already processed and gave us a note for next time. When our barely touched plates were cleared and we declined a takeout box, he didn’t offer any refund or further compensation beyond the dessert. They are seriously understaffed, which explained the 30-minute wait for a drink, empty water glasses left for another 30 minutes, and an hour-long wait for appetizers. My dirty martini wasn’t dirty, and my husband’s mint and cucumber mojito lacked mint the second time we ordered it. The only dishes we found acceptable were the escargot and fried oysters. The Brie seemed spoiled, the seafood chowder was bland, the Caesar salad soggy, the ribeye smothered in tasteless brown gravy, the chicken piccata flavorless and slightly tough, and the vegetables steamed to the point they seemed purée-ready with no seasoning. After an hour and a half, we asked to cancel our entrees if they weren’t started yet—we just wanted to leave. The waiter said they were almost ready, and unwilling to cause trouble or waste food, we agreed to wait. We shouldn’t have. The meal and tip came to $200, and we ended up needing another dinner later that night. This was our 10th wedding anniversary, and our original plans for the 18th were canceled due to a flooded kitchen. This restaurant was recommended as a place to dress up and enjoy great food. It might make a lovely wedding venue, and had we just come for drinks, our impression might have been different. But if you appreciate flavorful or fresh food, this won’t meet expectations. (The photo shows the steak after my husband tried to scrape off the gravy.)"

"The turkey sandwich was made with cold cuts rather than fresh-carved turkey, and it was bland and served cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. The French onion soup was presented in a cup no larger than a teacup. The owner charged an additional $2 for onion rings, and we received only seven small pieces in return. I decided to leave a minimal $2 tip, which he didn't merit, and it was included on my bill. Later, I discovered that he had added another $2 to my total when I reviewed my online statement. Overall, both the food and service were disappointing."

"I absolutely love this place Super delicious pizza and the crust is expertly baked to perfection, offering a delightful crunch with every bite. Their sauce is packed with robust flavors, complemented by generous amounts of gooey cheese that melds beautifully with the toppings. Speaking of which, the variety here is exceptional, from classic favorites to innovative combinations that will tantalize your taste buds. The service is top notch, with attentive staff who ensure a pleasant dining experience."
