"My wife is possibly more in love with their Thanksgiving Turkey sub than me. I've had the Hook and Ladder, the Captain"s Club, and now the Cajun Chicken (spicy). I just tried their chili too. I think that is a genuine chili recipe from a Firehouse. That was good stuff. Firehouse is not as freakingly fast as Jimmy John's and they don't offer wraps so far. They take their time and toast the bread and appear to steam heat the meat. The sandwiches are good and hearty. Expect to spend more than you do at Subway, but you get more. Price wise they are competitive with Jimmy John's. I've got to have more of that chili. Wendy's had my favorite fast food chili, but they've been dethroned now. However, there will still be the times when I want to sit down with a decent burger and a not bad bowl of Chili. So far we've just done carry out and not dined-in, I want to some time so I can take advantage of their hot sauce bar. That's kind of unique. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread is available for an extra charge like many other places. Parking: They are located in a strip shopping center and share a free parking lot with other stores. There are a couple of handicap parking spots near the entrance and a wheel chair ramp. A wheel chair bound person may require help getting in the door."

"Order online and I have actually forgotten to complete the payment for the order. When I entered and asked, they said they had no order for me. "I really enjoy this place. Only issue is with online orders. I've ordered online about 4 times. Each time my food was not correct.. Silly enough I was kind of intimated to order inside but the employees were very kind. They will totally not judge you for questions even if you feel intimidated I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Plus as a pickle addict I do fancy their pickles. Plus their tuna is way better than some other sandwich place that's pretty close lol. Also they do have a tip jar if you're into being extra nice to ppl who handle your food."

"Reggie was absolutely incredible! I hope I'm spelling his name right. I rarely give five-star ratings to restaurants, but Reggie won us over with his first amazing smile when he took our order. The food was fantastic! I've visited every Firehouse in the area, and this one is by far the best. The bacon was perfectly cooked, the bread was just right, and the turkey tasted incredibly fresh. My wife mentioned that the gluten-free bread here is excellent too! But it was really Reggie who made the experience special for us. Whatever he decides to do in life, I'm confident he will succeed!"

"This restaurant is located in the food court of the Mall at Millennia. We stopped by this beautiful mall before our afternoon at WDW. I figured we might as well get lunch here instead of at the theme park. We each ordered a combo of sub, chips and soda. Our two meals totaled $21. The smaller portion size here is fine, but I think this chain is pricey when you compare it to other sub spots. I've had mixed experiences at other Firehouse Subs, so I'll usually look for a Subway instead. The young man who took care of us at the counter was so friendly. Nice job with the customer service! Unfortunately my order came out with mushrooms, which I did not order. I ended up picking them off since we were crunched for time. Food was otherwise fresh though."

"We went in to Firehouse subs for the first time last night. I have to say hands down best hot subs. When we walked in we were greeted by all staff. Their staff is amazing, super friendly, very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Our kids loved the subs with the cute fireman's hat. My husband and I ordered the Smokehouse beef cheddar brisket...Beyond amazing. No question that we will be back. *Watch out Jimmy John's you may get smoked out*"

"I ordered catering online a week prior to my event for 40 subs. When I arrived to pick them up, they were ready even before my scheduled pickup time. All the extras (plates, napkins, pickles, mayo, and mustard) were prepared and the staff assisted me in loading everything into my vehicle. "I had an intense pregnancy craving for firehouse and let me tell you the hook and ladder sub was magical. To the guy who made my sub around 4:50pm on 6/22 I have never in my life eaten a better sub. "Visited on 8/28/22, at 6:30pm. Not great for a typical Firehouse Subs fast food location. Food tasted fine, but the sub could have been built together a little bit better, however, this doesn?t really matter for a messy meal like a large sandwich. Theemployees could work on their customer service if they were a bit nicer, this would have been a 5/5 rating review. I?m not avery picky person, but I can recognize bad customer service skills. Employees were rude, jokes were made when customers walkedin, and they were visibly annoyed to be there. This may have just been a bad night. However, someone who is in Clarksburgtemporarily for work, this left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope others have a better experience."

"We ordered online and my husband picked it up. When we looked at the sandwiches they put half my sandwich on his and half his on mine. Toppings were on there we didn?t order and his cheese was completely missing when we had ordered extra cheese. I went backto have them fix the sandwiches and they still left the cheese off his sandwich possibly used roast beef instead of the steakthat was ordered and the sandwiches were cold. "It's hard to give a review of this location because the food was excellent however, The staff is completely overwhelmed at this location the business far out weighs the number of employees. As a result we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive. While this is not a fast food restaurant, it is a sandwich shop, this is way in excess of the amount of time that someone should have to wait to get food. I need to stress that in no way is this the fault of the employees it just seems that they are overworked and understaffed at this location. The sandwich I got was amazing but certainly combined with the amount of time I would say it was not worth the wait."

"Yummy! Firehouse is incredible, her Brisket Sub is to die for! The staff here is super friendly and their product shows care in its quality. Hearty portions, attractive presentation, not sloppy as some underwear can be. If the location is also accepted by the EBT hot food program for those who are considering that I find really cool, there are a limited number of restaurants that accept this program and a firehouse that one of them is relatively unique until I know. "The subs at this restaurant are excellent and the employees are great. I ordered a sub combo meal today, which came to around $18. When I tried to pay with a $100 bill, the cashier Anthony informed me they do not accept $100 bills. He insisted on covering the cost himself, which was a pleasant surprise. I returned with smaller bills and gave Anthony a $50 as a token of appreciation for his kindness. The staff at this restaurant, like Anthony, are top-notch. Keep up the good work!"

"I went to this restaurant hoping for a good experience, but I was unfortunately disappointed. My friends and I arrived late to grab a couple of sandwiches, and there were only three of us in the place. The staff seemed more focused on chatting loudly among themselves than on getting our food out quickly. With four employees and just three customers, it took 20 minutes to receive our order. I felt a bit uneasy with one of the staff members who had long hair and wasn’t wearing a hairnet or hat. When our order was finally ready, we were handed two boxes at the nearest table to the prep area, but there were no napkins included. There wasn't even an offer of a bag as we stood there struggling to manage our food and drinks. I also noticed a sign at the counter asking guests to be patient because they were short-staffed. Overall, this location has never felt very customer service-oriented to me. In the future, if I choose Firehouse again, I think I’ll go to a different location for a hopefully better experience."

"The gluten-free bread is by far the best option I've come across, and I'm really pleased that it's available. However, it only comes in a small size, and like most gluten-free products, it's quite pricey. While I understand this is to be expected and I'm not really complaining about the cost, I was disappointed by the portion. I ended up with just a small piece of bread with only a very thin layer of meat. For $12, I was hoping for a bit more."
