"Honest review: Sal's Pizza has a bit of inconsistency with their food. When I lived in Dallas a few years back, we tried them multiple times, and it was always a mixed bag. Sometimes the pizza was covered in grease, while other times it was just perfect. Recently, I hadn't eaten there in a while, but during a visit to my aunt in Dallas, I picked up a pizza to go. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo. If you're considering trying them, just be aware that the quality can vary. When they're on point, they're fantastic, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend anything beyond their standard pizza offerings—skip the burgers and sandwiches."
