"The pancake combo was great but the cheesecake pancakes tasted slightly off from what I remember. My little sister described it best as it having a similar taste to Enfamil powder baby formula. Besides that, the rest of the meal was great. I regret not trying the tres Leche and vanilla instead now. Surprised by the plant based sausage. I would go so far as to say I'd get it again considering I need some kinda meat with every meal. The hash browns were on point and the eggs were prefect with cheese for over easy. As far as atmosphere, it was a typical busy IHOP with all seats packed to the brim as expected on a Sunday."

"the food was average. the amount of butter that she put on the pancake was unhealthy. the food was sent back to remove butter. the service was slow. the waitress seemed to be under the influence of something. her uniform and look was not satisfactory at all. she was seen three times to take our order, to give us our drinks and to give us the leak. There are no reviews in between. I would not return to this place. they also did not advise the additional cost to change from swarm to truthahn."

"The strawberry New York cheesecake my husband got was amazing with the small pieces of cheesecake in them. He was happy. He also had Hash Browns and was pleased to see when he asked for cheese on them, they loaded the cheese. They were cheesey. My Cinna Stix pancakes should die. The best pancakes I consecrated. They even had cinnamon filling between pancakes and not just all the glaze above. I was impressed how much the cinnamon glaze used it and really didn't need a syrup. As for the interior of the place. The wood on the chairs is carved and peeled, and they used napkins to even get out of the table. It was clean. You can't help, it probably just needs a remodel. Hit my waitress Amy Lou. She was attentive, but not disturbing. She was very kind. I didn't even feel she was floating or angry. Our table never felt abandoned, and it always ensured that our drinks were filled when we wanted them. The whole staff seemed friendly and friendly to any customer who went in the door. They all had smiles on their faces and even if they didn't really enjoy their job, you couldn't tell about the smiles and friendly behavior."

"I have been eating at this IHOP with my friends and family since it opened. Friday, I witnessed something that I just can't put out of my mind. I am ashamed of myself for sitting there and allowing this to happen.There was this male waiter who was yelling at a waitress, my waitress. His behavior was out of control. He was following her around, yelling and cussing at her. It was ridiculous. I don't know where the manager was, but something needed to be done. I am ashamed that I did not intervene. This waitress kept trying to walk away from him and he kept aggressively pursuing her. This gal was doing her best to do her job, and was even trying to help the other servers by cleaning tables, not just her own, so that customers could be seated. This waiter wouldn't let up. He kept pursuing her and causing a very uncomfortable scene.I have had this waitress several times previously. She is always friendly, hard working, and does a great job. No matter what he may have been upset about, she did not deserve the wrath he was subjecting her (and the rest of us) to.Eating out these days is expensive and people want to relax and enjoy the experience, even if it's just pancakes. We do not want to spend our hard earned money in a place where the workers are screaming at their coworkers.It will be a while before I choose to visit this IHOP again, but if I do, I will REFUSE to have this abusive, poor excuse for a man as my server! And I will NOT be a bystander in this again. Next time, I will call the police AND I will walk back to the kitchen and find the manager myself to come out and get his employee under control.The two stars goes to the waitress...actually, she gets 5 stars, but that abusive, stalking, maniac gets negative stars and, in my not-so humble opinion, he should be fired. My apologies to my waitress for my part in just sitting there and allowing it to happen. Clearly, someone should have done something. I don't remember the waiter's name. I believe it began with a J...Joe or John, maybe Jeff? Not sure, but in my mind his name begins with an A and ends in Hole!"

"this was the worst ihop experience i have ever had in my life. i’m swearing off ihop for at least 3 months due to this. my boyfriend ordered avocado toast with bacon and eggs (which were charged extra as separate sides rather than coming with the meal) and was given stale bread with sliced unseasoned avocado on top that was clearly rotten. it had black spots that he had to pick out. i ordered eggs benedict which is my favorite breakfast food and the ham tasted so old and funky that i couldn’t even eat it. the food tasted like cigarettes. the eggs were watery and bland and just gross. by the end of our meal we wanted to leave so bad that we didn’t even dispute the overcharged bacon and eggs. this ruined my day. do better, ihop."

"This is the most unsanitary establishment I have ever visited. Every dish we received was dirty, and the food was served cold despite waiting for 45 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. Although I recognize that staffing can be challenging, half of our order was also forgotten, and there were only three of us dining. Additionally, both the men's and women's bathrooms were in a disgustingly unclean state."

"As a father of two with a pregnant wife, I was hoping to treat my family to a nice breakfast after a rough morning. We arrived at IHOP and were seated without issue, so I had high hopes. However, the trouble began when it came time to order drinks. I got juice and milk for my kids, while my wife and I each ordered hot cocoa. When it arrived, I noticed some odd bubbles in my drink but decided to take a sip anyway. My wife was skeptical, and as it turns out, her instincts were spot on. Towards the end of the drink, I discovered a clearish-blue substance at the bottom of my glass, which looked like soap. Feeling bad about the situation, I ordered water for us and chose not to say anything, as the server seemed to be having a rough day. When our food arrived, things didn't improve. My wife's potatoes were covered in cinnamon, which I initially thought was a mistake; I couldn't believe it until I tried them myself. We checked the menu afterward, but there was no mention of cinnamon in the description. To top it off, all the food was cold. Thankfully, the kids were still enjoying themselves, so we tried to make the best of it. The real kicker came when we exited the restaurant. I had to take my young daughter to the bathroom, and unfortunately, it was in a terrible state—feces all over the toilet and water everywhere. I asked my wife to take her to the ladies' room instead, but she reported it looked like a scene from "Carrie." Frustrated, we decided to leave and headed to a nearby Friendly's to salvage the morning. Unfortunately, the soap had left me feeling ill, and I ended up needing to go to urgent care. It was a bad day all around, and considering it was only around 9:15 AM with hardly anyone else in the restaurant, I was thoroughly disappointed. If you're looking for a better experience, I highly recommend trying Jimmy Egg down the road—you'll be much happier there."

"Service was amazing, Katelyn is a fantastic server. Atmosphere was good, 4 stars because the cooks in the kitchen were so loud throughout our dinner service- much louder than the music playing, even louder than my three young children. 3 stars for food because everything was perfect except for some burnt bacon and toppings. I do NOT recommend the mixed berries topping!! Where's the berries?? I've included pic of my French toast and spouses waffle, and menu pic showing what the topping SHOULD be like. Once again, please don't advertise berries if you aren't going to serve any. Katelyn asked the cook for some berries and cook loudly scoffed and sent out a small bowl of more sauce. Once again, Where's the berries??!!"

"We ordered food for Father’s Day today and it was the worst food we ever had . It says under new management, smh, they need to go out of business! The food was cold, some not even cooked enough, had to reheat everything and 2 dinners had to be thrown away because it was eggs. My mom got chicken crepes that use to be on the menu but now are not, however, the server said they could still make it. The crepes were barely cooked they tasted and looked like soggy noodles, there was 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole thing, and she didn’t even get the sauces she asked for yet they charged us! The mozzarella sticks were hard and the cheese wasn’t melted like a mozzarella stick should be and the marinara sauce was cold and tasted old and sour. They didn’t even cut the stems off the spinach I had to pull it out…and lastly, my sons pancakes were so overly dry he didn’t even want to eat them and they were chocolate! This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never eat here again! Thanks for ruining our Father’s Day dinner!! $65 down the drain I should of gone to McDonald’s at least the food would of been decent!!"

"The worst experience, there were 4 orders at my table, a cockroach came out in the chicken and waffles plate and a white hair in the waffle, 2 of the dishes were chicken and waffles, the 2 of the 2 chicken orders were dry and overcooked or they were already over fried, we stopped eating immediately notify my waiter and he just said oh sorry and brought me my receipt. I paid the total, but I did not receive a replacement meal or any apology from the manager on duty. I do not intend to return to that place."

"My son and I dined in for breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. The place was packed, and we were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. However, we only waited about 5 minutes. We were greeted by our server, and he told us about some popular menu items and answered our questions. We both ordered bacon, sausage, hash browns, and eggs. I had blueberry pancakes, and my son had buttermilk. The food came to our table quickly and looked amazing. The bacon was cooked perfectly. It was thick, cut, and plentiful! The eggs were fluffy and delicious, and the pancakes were scrumptious! Our server checked on us often during our meal. 10/10, we will definitely be back!"

"I really enjoy the seasonal specials at this restaurant. For breakfast, I ordered the egg, hashbrowns, and caramel a la mode pancakes, along with a caramel macchiato coffee. While everything was delicious, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the caramel macchiato as it tasted a bit watered down and a regular coffee would have been better. The restaurant was decorated for Halloween and although there was a bit of a wait, it was expected due to how busy it was, especially for a Monday morning."

"IHOP IHOP... what a great family restaurant! It is affordable for everyone and it is a great place to meet with friends and children. I'm going to the third generation. I think the prices and variety of them allows everyone to stop and have a little bit with their family or friend. On my road trips, my place is an IHOP. I went to Franklin Parks IHOP a million times, it has a good service and very courteous for people with a stick or a walker. I can't wait to go this weekend."

"Typically you expect to get good service and good dining experience from IHOP. I was not disappointed here. We were quickly seated and the team effort by the staff was amazing. While the seating person was not our waitress, she asked what we wanted to drink and we got it from her. Then our waitress came and quickly took our order and it came as specified without delay. The food was good, fresh, and the prices were great. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting breakfast and good tasting food at that."

"This place used to be open 24 hours a day. Unfortunately do to the pandemic they stopped 24 hour service in my area . The pandemic problems are largely solved so I don't understand why they keep the pandemic era hours 6am to 12am. They should go back to the previous 24 hour service hours. Still a great place to eat, but I work overnight and in most cases they are closed when I get off of work. Before the problems of 2020 and the pandemic I would go to my local IHOP after work and eat sometimes that would be at around 3am. But I haven't been able to do that ever since they stopped offering 24 hour service hours like they did before the pandemic. I think now in 2022 almost 2023 they should go back to they pre pandemic hours and offer 24 hour service again. Thanks."

"We visited your Sunland Park Dr. on 8/28 2022. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time, but this was the highlight of our visit. We were given our bill before any of the food was delivered. We asked for a coffee refill and never got it. We waited at least 45 minutes to get our breakfast and the pancakes and hash browns were barely lukewarm. The service was terrible in our whole area. One table of 10 got up and left because they waited so long for the food that never made it to their table. As a former restaurant manager, I find this conduct totally unacceptable. If this was any of our employees, they would have been looking for another job."
